7m or so traded in AIM so far today, coupled with ASX-Chi-X that is only 0.25% of all shares, need to be realistic, not sure if its facts we need or a change in sentiment :-)

Otto announcement and subsequent SP rise will take pressure off BOD there, never any issue regarding WINX only what direction OEL may take in the future regarding Alaska, interesting their partner in the Gulf Coast venture is Hilcorp who are also a major player in Alaska, seems everyone is linked to each other one way or another :-)
Reading up on Hilcorp I suspect they are not a potential partner for 88E due to their favoured modus operandi.

01:07 agree think we are 8-11 miles from nearest current infrastructure (Kuparuk) so we would need to put a pipeline in place (based on BRPC) ~ 6" which will take planning and dollars, it could be that OSH's activities will reduce that infrastructure but 2021 at the earliest?

Otto are consortium partner and also w.i. partner on some leases so reasonable to have interest in their progress, as far as I can see they are legally committed to Winx drill, however progress elsewhere may dictate their longer term plans in Alaska, we have seen plenty of surprises in the last 12m,
As a point of accuracy the ANN quotes "pending release of an announcement", it is a reasonable assumption to imagine the Lightning drill is the subject, but it is no means 100%certain.

TB roughly 1900M shares traded since beginning of November across all three markets, the previous 3m saw 1154M trades. My figures only!
Aug-Oct was a low period after well suspension.
What does that differential actually relate to, flipping of shares, which remember means buys and sells, increased interest or a bit of both?
Seems to me that many buyers of placement shares are still holding all they purchased ( me included), perhaps like me they see value in the company, or just that the SP has not spiked enough to provoke action.
I hope to see the SP continue to rise, whether there is any hangover in reality 3m on??

88E & Bex have taken the Baker Hughes route, sure that decision was taken after a lot of thought, APEX sound very good based on their own recommendations , but I am sure they are not unique.
If we get a cashback deal I would prefer that it is invested in the business, share buy back might give SP a short boost but what then, when the money has run out? Depends on how long you wish to be here I guess.
Until we have production we have little options when raising capital.

Currently trading halt status, strongly divided views from HC posters on latest well could be another duster, could be a gusher, either way our partner on the North Slope has had a bit of a helter skelter of a year.

h-h permit was specified for stage 3 work 2018 drilling season, as drill is currently suspended I am sure the amendments necessary would be agreed with DOG

Such additional drilling and testing would most likely be conducted during the 2018 season. After completing the testing program or any subsequent activities related to the Icewine-2 horizontal (IW-2H) leg that may be undertaken in 2018, both wellbores (Icewine-2 and Icewine-2H) or any other wellbore that may result from additional exploration and evaluation work, will be plugged and abandoned following Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) guidelines."
The proposed timescale suggests that any work will be off the gravel pad, existing bore.

Oil Search /Armstrong see possibilities further East towards Yukon as well. Exxon have done a deal with Jade will they want to do further deals? Will ENI? will COP?
Armstrong already 3D ing our leases?
Lot happening on the Slope and participants will not show their hand until deal is done.
Whether success at Winx will have any impact on FO discussion Icewine or possibly even Yukon I am unsure, yes it could be an asset and should prove our credibility on the Slope but it will not be going into immediate production to fill our coffers, Could give our SP a Fillip.
The FO is what will give us security and cash and I hope for news pre. WINX close.
