21:26 good post and probably hits the nail on the head , based on the later news regarding the fraccing the well would probably never have flowed in any case irrespective of heating.
Possibly had the well been heated we would have learned enough to have realised that another flow test would not work, but that is something we shall never know.

I don't disagree with you but we have to respect that the JV made a decision, we do not know all the factors that went towards the final decision.

SeaHawk the Joint Venture explained that it would go with no heating equipment on Icewine pre the drill, once it made that decision there was no going back, with hindsight it was probably the wrong decision, but as we know hindsight is cruel.
It seems that the JV was correct in going vertical as it does seem now that the positioning of the lateral is critical to success, we had plenty of armchair geologists and drillers who argued that and completely missed the winter.
I am not trying to be clever when I remind posters that I did raise the issue of the impending winter, but so many appear unaware of the decision to go unheated and thus the implications of that once the temperature dropped.
Remember it was a JV decision ultimately and no one hear was at any the meeting that reached that decision.

Bridgedogg1 important to remember that we have more potential ( I hope) than 12-18 months ago, a lot of that "shareholder dilution" has gone into Yukon, Western Fairway and Winx, plus we still have an opportunity with HRZ of course.
But of course that potential has to be turned into reality.

Spiney if say ~500M placement shares, my simple reasoning would be that we would need at least that number of sells plus buys (1000M trades).

Are those additional trades placement sells or extra interest or just a combination of both?
Logic would suggest a good proportion of shares have been retained, either for additional margin or as a longer term investment.
Just my opinion and based on my calculations of trades across three markets, which have corruptions due to roll overs and bed and ISAs etc.

Jof few near round financial sells ( less commission), seems to me that MMs are very fast to drop SP once any largish sells occur, current average of 25M a day is like watching paint dry, does nothing to attract traders and hence build volume and SP, based on the capital structure released recently, where did those placement shares actually go?

why should I take notice of anyone who made up a story that DW had passed on Yukon leases that he could have bought in 2017 and as a result had to pay more for in 2018, it was made up and for one reason only to denigrate DW. (The lease in question was not available for sale in 2017 as previous leaseholder still had possession at date of 2017 sale announcement.)
I would strongly question how failure of the HRZ to flow so far is just DW''s fault, as for drilling on others land (leases) we have a legally bound w.i. and are indeed only doing what lots of other junior explorers do after all.
You can question his salary, incentive package etc. as you can his ability but if you really feel that then why not look for companies that have lower paid, more able BOD's with better prospects, there must be loads out there, take your hit on the spread and your transaction fees and get invested at one of these companies and watch your money grow, after all this "dog" is going know where is it!
Sometimes it is better to get off the train early.
Alternatively look at the company constitution see how you can raise a Q at AGM(EGM) and do it! Put it to the shareholders and see the reaction.
