Cjml if you imagine that DW is completely out of the negotiating picture because we have employed a consultant to assist in the process, wonder who made the decision to employ that consultant.
DW is not sitting on his backside whilst all this is happening, if shareholders honestly believe they or someone else can do better just get on and follow the company's constitution, interesting very few actually bothered to vote last October.

smoking88 if the deal is done I am unsure how DW would be able to sit on it, whilst in negotiations then he can probably use the exemptions from continuous disclosure in ASX to keep his powder dry.
I think progress in the last 14m has been good, Yukon, Western Fairway and Winx, understanding of the HRZ has also increased, we have to remember the history of this company, pretty well anyone in here over 2 years will have invested based on the basis of the HRZ (or no understanding at all), hopefully at least one of our four projects will come good.

Well we definitely have someone looking over our shoulder at Yukon, plus the speed at which we have been able to 3D it, then the potential relationship between ourselves and Jade, plus DW's keenness to ensure a soft border between us and Jade all are suggestive to me.
Best of all Exxon need raw product to milk the potential of PT.

h_h I agree WINX is completely separate and tied in to a consortium agreement.
Although nothing announced I would not count out Yukon either, the fact that Exxon dealt with and agreed a deal with Jade Energy shows that there are surprises likely.

moneyhawk could be down if you piled in on the spikes in 2016 & 2018, but my view rainbow chasing is a very risky business particularly if you have no knowledge of what you are getting into and believe the "gurus" and or the pumpers and dumpers. DYOR make your own decisions and accept the consequences, there is no backstop in AIM or the main markets.

Terms of DW's incentive package very explicit success will be measured against a rising hurdle * and based on 60 day average, he has no reason to want to achieve anything but a sustainable SP increase.
* A clue forget the 3p, 88E is an Australian Company.

All shareholders had opportunity to vote down the incentive package last year, Why didn't they, I can think of a few reasons why not :-) As you allude.
If posters are unhappy with DW's salary they have a route via the terms of the companies constitution to raise a question at the AGM (EGM) but again easier to do nothing and just moan here.

DW has at least reinvested a lot his earnings into 88E by way of share purchases and option conversions.
Just an point of interest why does everyone talk about 3p, 88E is an Australian company, may be a little research for some?

if you really believe what you posted surely better to take the option of selling, taking loss on spread and commission fee and investing in a better opportunity elsewhere, somewhere that offers you prospects of growth.
Because if I believed what you have just posted that is what I would do.
Just seems logical to me.
