D45 what 3D in January, as far as I am aware we have no outstanding approvals for any data acquisition, only 3D activity at moment relates to evaluation.

SAE have 3D acquisition permit approval on Yukon leases but as far as I am aware that is nothing to do with 88E we have our data.

D45 I do not see "conventional" farm out news in the Jun2016 RNS, your first post was very specific that that was the case.

Such a surprise that SAE have been commissioned by persons unknown to accumulate fresh 3D data over our Yukon leases, now why would anyone want to do that?
Data possibly already accumulated as coastal regions have been open for business since last two weeks of December.

I am merely pointing out that tomorrow we could see that 1.22 bite us, as that will be the starting point for any calculation as to whether we have gained or lost.
That 1.22 was a UT trade..
Had we stayed at 1.16 tomorrow would have had an easier starting point.
