Talking of more complications I assume that at some stage the working units will have to be revisited with DOG, currently Alkaid & Talitha to line everything with Aphun & Kodiak, NO big deal just more admin for the company to cope with.

As for the EIS even with the current administrations Pro O & G it will have to be done correctly so I don't see that it will land in the near future, however I am sure it will be a lot less time than the company originally intimated.

If Megrez-1 is the success we expect I wonder if Kodiak may go on the back burner and Aphun develepment bought forward, I am sure that its not only stock holders that want that earlier transition into a producer.

As this is dependent on finding a jv partner to carry the drill I see no problem in running this project alongside Phoenix & Namibia.

At face value the cos looks a little disappointing but as we do not know the full details of how calculated its difficult to gauge, from the text of the release there seems to be evidence of oil and good reservoir quality so is there uncertainty about traps? difficult to know.

Do wish we gave up on the average mean calculation, thought this had stopped with Phoenix.

Overall I would have been happier if we had some news on jv progress at Phoenix but at least we know that some activity is happening in Perth, first time I think we have seen Allister Caird's name on any resources documents.

Well it sets the Closing price and hence the Opening price for tomorrow so that I guess is an impact.

As I understand it the UT session is the matching of buys and sells at the end of the trading day at a price that enables most deals to happen but that is only my understanding and may be completely wrong.

Have googled on occasions and never really found a good answer, perhaps you need to be in the industry to fully comprehend.

LSE seems to have failed to update at close.

Closing price & hence Opening price tomorrow is 47p per London Stock Exchange, disappointing but that low hurdle may help tomorrow as people seek to buy in.

I look at all those sales at 12:54:25 and can only wonder if there is manipulation happening, difficult if not impossible to be sure but ...
