Although those XCD shareholders who accepted the original offer have received their 88E shares we have not seen a huge amount sold, even Tuesdays "big trade" only represented ~5% of new shares and nothing much has happened since.
As for DW we will have to wait until the next AGM to gauge what shareholder sentiment really is and that will be what matters, some here are hoping the announcement of a new MD would in itself produce a short term spike (as it did coupled with other news at AML - CHECK ) but it will only be short term and for those invested longer term the fundamental issues will remain the same.

remains at draft "circulating status", Independence Day (enjoyed the film) observed today in SOA but sure would have been released yesterday if decision reached as in another appeal case.

10:19 I do not think my comment was a blunt as that, rather that investors believe there is no early prospect of growth here they should consider making their money work for them elsewhere whilst we are moribund, I am certainly not telling people that they should.
On the subject of management change when Great Bear Petroleum installed Mike Mason as MD it made not one iota of difference, they still had no money and Mike being an "oilman" with operational experience made no difference.
From my view a new MD at 88E may produce a small transitory flutter in the SP but the fact wont alter that we do not have a magic money tree and how will we tempt someone with "proven pedigree" if on their arrival they get a note left left on their desk "sorry no cash to spend".

10:09 I would consider 79.84% of all shares and 79.2% options as an indication that many XCD holders are going with the deal, we are looking for 90% take up by shareholders, so by that criteria we are at 88% achievement.
Always will be shareholders who chose to act at last possible moment or through circumstances beyond their control do not take action.
