dependent on factors in the calculation because of the way they are calculated even if only four factors are used and each gets 0.8 then that is equal to ~40%, so 37% may not be so bad but to be sure we would need more granularity.

11:09 think I would add that when when we entered Alaska it was partially on the basis of the support (up to 75%) provided by the SOA for oil exploration (inc. 3D), when that was summarily withdrawn and indeed payments vetoed for 12m and then reinstated at minimal legal requirements it was a body blow, couple that with the loss of Paul Basinski and that is a couple of body blows that we have had to ride.
Look what happened to Great Bear Petroleum and other small explorers operating at the time, even BRPC with a discovery where dependent on AIDEA and news does not look good.

Absolutely sure that you are correct, no way that DW got the votes of a good percentage of XCD shareholders including it seems the BOD by the time the off market takeover bid was announced - without any plan in place.

11:33 yes they were very specific when they referred to "Area A" , whether we should read anything into that I am unsure at the moment PMO appear to be throttling back on exploration activity.

09:53 early days yet and we have to get permitting sorted, although other NPRA drillers manage OK plus of course details of how it is to be financed, sure that the XCD takeover was not launched with out a plan of some sort to ensure activities would happen.
Oil Search have relinquished a lot of leases W of GBP & 88E , guess they are reigning back and concentrating on bringing PIKKA into production and possibly their NE leases , Jade are still talking of drilling 2021, could help prove up Yukon.
Hopefully we will get more information soon.

Suspect a number currently out are still watching and hoping by fair means or foul that the SP stays at current levels or even falls to enable cheap entry.
