They are repaying at statutory levels, not what we or or other affected companies would want true but payments have been made, there was only one year when the payment was vetoed and current administration is unlikely to repeat that.
The Bonds was always an alternative solution to the payments issue.

We will still get paid ultimately, SOA has obligations under terms of the statute, but disappointing at first glance.

08:37 I am sure you have not guessed at the 60 days but I have had a look at a few working unit approvals (and denials) and there seems to be a variety of approval periods, perhaps influenced by complexity of proposal and public consultation comments.

21:16 yes that is a valid reason for the creation of a working unit and probably the main driver at this time, current plan is very focused around the Alkaid discovery.
The unitized leases change to an indefinite term, instead of 5-, 7-, 8-, or 10-year terms. The exploration, development, and production timeline is more flexible.
Not sure how long the approval process is.

The question is why the working unit application on effectively (currently) wholly owned GBP leases, guess we will find out more in the future, could be that other operators/lease holders may be joining the party.
As for Premier at the moment they still officially have the 60% interest on the western play leases based on LAS data, but DW has stated that they have given that up on numerous occasions so most likely it is just admin.

17:17 yesterday, I have known DW quiet on previous occasion when in midst of negotiations and /or no need for immediate finance :-)
It is only 5 weeks since the Proactive investors event and if there is no actual news then what do we expect from DW, "none news" will have no impact on the SP IMO.
Intimations based on all we have heard is that a possible FO is bubbling on the stove, permits are in progress (via BLM, AOGC & SOA) and possibly there may be movement at Yukon Gold.
Must admit I would like to see our website get updated and the XCD Energy Site expunged but need to be patient.

Think all we can do at the moment is take note of ANNS, last presentation and the Proactive Investors webinar, think all are detailed in wiki 88.
Sure priorities have changed as per 09:12, when there IS news sure we will get told.
