The figures are clearly classified in XCD / 88E ANNs & presentations and the although the terms of the FO have implications in terms of "ownership" of oil if found, the drill reports will be reported as the whole and potential commerciality based on that.

17:36 buys & sells can often fall either side of the mid price, usually it is possible to spot which are buys and which are sells.
One could argue that the bid/offer should be updated on a more regular basis to more accurately reflect trading levels to prevent the situation above.

just depends which side of mid price the trade falls on.
