The use of the word "least" suggests to me that could be one, two or three , could be the targets are all similar, or very dissimilar, does anyone here actually know?
As in any case we do not know for sure how that geographic COS was calculated (as it is a multiple of factors ) we can not be sure as to whether we have a skewed or truly representative figure , has be some trust.

The company has right to place 15% as per Australian Corp Law, however the company needs shareholder approval for the additional 10% under rule 7.1A and that is not a resolution being voted upon at the General Meeting.
I have no doubt that at the actual AGM that resolution will be proposed and voted upon .

11:59 unsure what plans COP have for Harpoon this winter if any , it was not included in the initial targets although at last years first quarter conference call there was a clear intention to return.

Everyone has right to make their own decisions, what drives that decision making process is of course personal and may be driven by many factors but hopefully that includes a little research.
