I believe the details of ANN and that ELKO have paid & we have receipted AUD $6.48M.
Simples I do not believe the Company would issue false financial information to ASX that would be easily verified and subject to audit.

if posters believe that the company would give false information in ANNs when there has already been official concern at share price movement ( answered it seems satisfactorily ) then I shudder to think what else they may be imagining.

18:11 ELKO are not the Company actually drilling Merlin, that is All American Oilfield and 88E have previously stated that the contract was made between 88E & AAO.
The Appendix 2A & related Cleansing Notice specific to the issue of the shares states they have been exchanged for cash, if they were in lieu cash for services rendered the company would have to state that under ASX rules & the Australian Corporation Act.
ELKO (Erik Opstad) are likely to be contracting services but there is no knowledge as far as I am aware as to what those services actually are.

21:09 As far as I am aware 88E's contract is with All American Oilfield and we have cash receipted AUD$6.48M , that money may be earmarked for the overrun but I think at this stage we should assume AAO are being paid as per contract.
