Closing price last Friday 1.7c so shares bought at market rate (not discounted) and money into 88E coffers so very positive for company and a very "open" transaction that is listed on ASX exchange.
Negative for shareholders a dilutionary affect but company has taken advantage of OTC boost to SP and hopefully success at Merlin will be good for all.

just remember during a drill all feet drilled , cutting analyses, gas readings etc have to logged as per AOGCC and BLM rules and regulations.
if ASX smelt a rat then the share issue would not have proceeded and there may have been serious repercussions IMO.

Last I heard some technical difficulties although early start gives time for correction.
Success at Talitha would be good for 88E but why the constant comparisons (normally with 88E) in the negative , I can only assume an unsubtle attempt to woo investors here across to the other side.
