12:14 that was my point about Umiat, our snow road goes to the air strip and when Umiat 19 +23H drilled the Nabors rig was stored locally over summer between the drills.

As far as I can see no permit application / approval (not sure if BLM are publishing in any case), certainly nothing on AOGCC.
Time would now probably be the issue, last planned date on ice was 27/04/2021, snow roads might last a little beyond that but ...
do not know for sure but rig could possibly be stored locally over the summer at Umiat Airstrip as done with Umiat 19 & 23H if we are planning on a campaign in 21-22. Just an idea :-)
