09:52 the Elko transaction was completely in the OPEN and recorded in detail with ASX , ELKO could have bought on the market at the same price but did not, and the great benefit was that we got US$5 into our coffers.
After the previous "Price - Query" (NOT speeding ticket as erroneously reported by a few here) made by ASX do you seriously think the company would have risked the value of the business when potentially we are the focus of regulatory authorities due to SP increase and share movement.
