Colin has loaded up on BMR shares. He knows that we are massively undervalued. Fair play to him. We all know you'd like to get your grubby mitts on our assets but it's not going to happen. Maybe JLP could make an offer of 20p once we are producing and I might just consider taking it lol.

Yaardvark, yeah you're probably right mate, we only need one mining expert on the board. Im sure JH knew his stuff, and like you say he seemed really nice. But I guess it makes sense after CB coming on board. I can't see AB going anywhere in a hurry but you never know.

Sounds like they had a positive Q1 update but a few more shares are being issued.

It's actually 0.15% based on the number of shares in issue now. Did they slip up and count the placing shares he's already subscribed to? lol. It mentions in the placing RNS from Jan that Birdie owns 3,006,250 shares in BMR via personal ownership and through a company called Tiger Resources. So he must have used company cash to by 2.5m shares through TR and he personally bought 506,250 shares himself. So in total as it stands he indirectly owns 0.89% of BMR.

I think they made a mistake in the RNS. It says the Bird owns 0.21% of the current shares in issue but on the BMR website under significant shareholders (updated today) it says 0.15%, which is correct as I worked it out on a calculator lol

When AB mentions complimentary projects maybe he's referring to SZ and Kashitu? I don't think we will venture into other projects as we don't yet have the plant capacity. Wassatt, I don't think it meant that we literally had financial problems. We would have run out of money by now if that were the case. The outgoings were always going to increase as board changes had to be made by a certain time anyway. I'm just surprised it's right now before we've even got the JV signed off and funding in place. Maybe like some have said it's a case of getting the bad news out first lol.

We should be getting our financial affairs in order before taking additional board members on. His salary will be quite high, half of it is made up of medication costs.

If we were trading today our SP would be down lol. Let's get this JV signed so we can get back to trading. You've had long enough!

Mike, it does say at the bottom that they shortly expect to enter into the JV. Maybe the placing will follow that.
