How could we be valued a �1.5m if our MC is over �6m? You have serious math issues lol. Let's do some more maths: placing at 3p + warrants at 5p + JV signed = BMR's SP trading higher than it is now!

I don't think CB's person holding will count towards JLP's, even if he does work for both JLP and BMR. JLP are entitled to take part in all future placings but I wonder if they will bother or not.

moneyhawk, yeah I expected news by now but they only have 6 working days after today to sign the JV. I think they could probably start construction before hand. LC said he is looking to mobilise a team this month. The point I was trying to make about the placing is if it's only for certain private investors, JLP won't be able to take part in it.

Also worth noting that if this 3p placing with warrants is purely private investors, it will mean JLP's 29.01% will be diluted down. Assuming we raise the full �2.6m from the placing and warrants, I can't see us needing any further placings which will mean JLP won't be able to get back up to 29%, unless they buy shares on the open market. They could buy the BMR shares held by Tiger Resources though, it's an option I suppose. I doubt they are very happy about their holding being diluted but... Welcome to BMR! lol

Nice work, Klueloss. I tried to reply yesterday but the site went down. Don't no why you bothered with the 0.7 & 1p lol. I think there is a good chance of hitting 80-�100m MC when we start selling the Vanadium, so that would be around 20-25p per share.

Sounds like paddy is gettng ready to move his 40% into BMR lol. Will it spike the SP?

Well said, Troajan. Let the markets decide. I think our story is about to become a lot more believeable, and achievable! I'll be sticking around till at least 2019 so I'm not in a massive rush. Year-end should be interesting though.

Eric, I reckon we could easily be around 10p by the time warrants are up for exercise. By end of October we will probably be very close to, if not already producing. My target of 15p by Xmas doesn't sound that crazy. Even though it was just a figure that popped into my head at the time lol.

Last time we had 7p warrants we went above 9p. I think the downside will be minimum. Assuming all warrants are taken at 5p, it would work out less than 10% dilution. I'd say worse case downside would be 15-20% so they might want the SP to be at 7p before exercising? We might end up even higher. Sometimes SP's can run away and warrants willl be disregarded by new investors. If everyone piles in near year end it might just keep going up for the foreseeable, we shall have to wait and see.

Agree Plumbus, I doubt anything too sensitive has been shared with the �1m private investors. There's not a lot to know apart from the JV being signed and reaching production by year end. They must feel it's fairly low risk if they are willing to invest �1m between them, and potentially another �1.6m at 5p. They might have been given information on forecasted earning perhaps? But it doesn't take a genius to roughly work out the potential anyway.

BMN is still doing well. I wonder if it will struggle to break above 20p? It's worth noting that BMN had warrants exercised at 7.9p & 9.9p Early April and the price remained around 15p. It is now currently trading around 19p. I know they are a producing company but we will be producing come year end anyway.

They might not hold us back.. Watch this space!

No need to apologise, there was no offence taken. Just for clarity I don't work in the city. I work in the Midlands for a large FTSE 100 company, managing a small team. The only connection I have with BMR is that I am a private shareholder. I have direct mobile numbers for both AB and JH, although I won't be needing JH's anymore. I find that AB is usually quite reserved and doesn't give much away, and JH was quite chatty. However, AB seemed fairly chatty today and I was a bit surprised by his comments toward JH. They have never once asked me about posting on the boards. I'm not sure if they read the boards but if they do they must be Ok with me sharing my conversations on here. If AB ever asked me not to then I would gladly comply. I just felt it necessary to share my coversations on here as it gives shareholders a bit of an update which we rarely seem to get from the board. I also felt that AB and JH got along but we don't always know what goes off behind closed doors. Maybe they were looking to blame somebody and found it easy to direct that blame towards JH. Anyway, I am quite an open and honest guy. I wouldn't try to mislead anyone on here, I could potentially get into trouble if I did. I feel I have made some good contributions here over the past 18 months that I have been posting for. I will keep doing what I'm doing for now, for as long as I am a holder here. All the best.

AB mentioned today that we still own almost 5% of JLP. But like I say, why would we sell shares when we have the 'imminent' placing?

Nedd, listen to this podcast from the day we got out licence back. Leon says the next step is the conclusion of the design work and we are very close to completing this (4ms 20s in).
