Unfortunately Mike I think it will get worse. All we can do is keep reporting the repeat offenders and hope to get them banned.

Rosewall, Kabwe Operations will be a 60/40 JV between BMR and JLP. JLP might be carrying out the construction of the plant but the plans are largley based on BMR's plant and processing designs. Let's not pretend that JLP is doing all of the work here. The term "Joint Venture" is the clue. Also there isn't a guarantee that JLP will always make money as an operator, see below: "Kabwe Operations may sub-contract responsibilities to Jubilee and/or BMR on a direct cost plus 10% basis, and would sub-contract operator responsibilities to Jubilee"

I agree, BMR will likely start production before end of December. It might be October but the sooner the better for all parties concerned.

They should just give up. Every time they make 'assumptions' about BMR they end up getting smacked in the face by an egg lol. They did it with the licence and now they doubt we can even arrange a placing at 3p. Get ready for that egg, doubters. I just hope it doesn't come straight from Birdies bottom haha.

moneyhawk, I'll wait for the figures from BMR/JLP before I shout from the rooftops. But I doubt it will take 'years' for BMR to benefit from Kabwe. Let's just say that when the Vanadium starts getting sold, both companies are going to earn some very nice profits...

I was going to say it would take a brave man to short this share - but I think a 'foolish' man would suit better. This will rise massively over the next 9 months and a puny amount of shorting will not stop it

Good call on the director buys. Nice to see them adding more. Still not huge amounts but at least it shows we are at, or nearing the bottom. Looking forward to seeing what the investor evening brings.

Hopefully you have timed your purchase well. I'm kind of tempted to pick some more up, the price is becoming ridiculous now. Yeah nice to see it lively again, just a shame about the unwanted appearance of some! lol

This seller must be pretty desperate to offload sub 0.4. I said there would be some volatility in the SP and I wasn't bloody wrong. I think this is going to do an upturn pretty soon. There is nothing wrong with the company other than Reef going through a little rough patch. Hopefully this has now been sorted and was just a short term blip.

Agreed mate, Zinc, Lead, Vanadium etc. is where all the money is at. I think that's why JLP is diversifying into other metals, and they picked a great project in Kabwe with near term revenues. Is JLP currently producing any Platinum, or just Chrome?

That's right I don't know for sure, but have a good idea that it will, based on the RNS. Also the placing shares will come with 5p warrants attached, meaning there's a good chance the SP will rise to and above that level. If those get exercised it raises another £1.6m. we also own 60m odd shares in JLP, and have the right to sell 50% of those if need be. So I'd say BMR are quite well off for the foreseeable, thanks for your concerns anyway.

HighlyGeared, it could still be the plan. I'm not expecting the Vanadium to be sold until around Feb/March 2019. Any sooner would be a bonus.
