That's interesting regarding DCM. The best thing about the Vanadium is that it's a by-product to the Lead and Zinc being produced. I believe they plan to stockpile it until they have permission to sell, so it's not going anywhere, which is good to know. Also because it's a by-product there are no additional recovery costs involved, we just need the circuit in place to complete the process start to finish.

Good Evening, moneyhawk. Good job on those figures and they are probably quite accurate. Just a few things to take into consideration though.. The plant is likely to be scaled up after about 6 months or so to 10-15tph, so those figures could be multiplied by 3. The price you quoted for Zinc will be quite a bit higher as we will be selling Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate, which commands a higher premium per tonne than standard zinc cathode. It's also worth noting that you can make 5 tonnes of ZSH by using only one tonne of Zinc. Also you forgot about the Vanadium! Once we get permission to sell it (possibly early next year) it will increase revenues significantly. I estimated it would add �7m per year just based on the 5tph plant, now imagine a 15tph plant and we are talking revenues of over �20m a year just from the V alone! The sooner this comes online, the sooner we all start to benefit.

Hey guys, I haven't been keeping a close eye on the SP lately, it's been a bit painful to watch! We have our investor presentation coming up two weeks from today. Hopefully this will attract some much needed investors. Also hoping that the seller would have cleared by then. I wonder if we will get any good news in the meantime? Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure it was aimed at me haha. Well I guess "We'll see" what happens. It could be wise to be in both but if things turn nasty then both companies could suffer. As I said, I don't see any issues in getting the licence back anyway, surely just a matter of time now.

I never said you were ramping. I just said you were trying to get the BMR lot to buy JLP shares. It was more of a joke than anything. You did however accuse me of ramping BMR.

To be honest I'm avoiding putting any new cash into the stock market at the moment. Don't think I'd be looking at putting anymore into African miners either, so not an option for me at the moment!

Whilst I agree BMR would be in big trouble without the licence, they wouldn't just go bust. If a company has cash and assets then it can continue to trade. It's not like they have masses of debt to pay off either. Anyway, that's just a 'what if scenario'. We certainly don't know what will happen over the licence but I suspect we will get it back. Both companies feel confident of a successful appeal.

Oops, yeah meant 2016. Yes I agree, it does seem to be a coincidence on the dates, but I think there's more to it than that. Shouldn't be long until we find out what's gone off.

Moneyhawk, I looked into the environmental approval from 2014 and that particular approval was for the old plant design, and under the previous management. A new ESIA was granted in May 2014 for the new plant design, so I believe there were no deadlines in place. (See my posts on the BMR board). All the best.

Quite a bit of buying after the selling, it never seems to lift the SP though. Hopefully we can rebound strongly next month.

After supposedly turning this business around it certainly hasn't done the value of the company any favours. They need to take a long hard look at what's gone wrong for Reef. We need a 100% rise just to get back to 1p! They really need to iron out the issues and get the business performing before year end. It makes me wonder how much further this might drop between now and then.

Yeah I suppose it's only a small sum so nothing significant. Seems like lots have lost faith here and are dumping at these silly lows. Things can only improve from here (hopefully).

David can see that we're undervalued. Expect some decent buying today.

This might be a little volatile over the next month. Hoping that the investor evening will attract some positive attention. In the meantime we need a nice big contact win to give us a boost. I might add closer to full year results providing we make some good progress on the contracts front..

Well the drop today was definitely overdone. I agree with TeddyMoore, won't be long until this starts to bounce back. I'm fairly certain we will be doing well by year end, if not I'll probably sell up and cut my losses.

I'm sure the SP will settle then start to creep back up again. It's all about winning some big contracts now and maintaining growth. I will hold till FY results in November. Expecting us to be well above a penny by then. We have the investor presentation next month so hopefully this will attract some much needed buyers.

Yeah I'm surprised Reef has underperformed if everything else has done well. At least we have the diversification to counteract. The forward looking statements sounds very positive though. They still maintain ambitions to significantly grow profits. I think the key here is to tap into the online streaming market, Netflix etc. As I said it sounds to me like this is their plan going forward.
