Agree about the placing price shenners. The fact that they have less turnover than us but similar profit might not be a bad thing. Goes to show they are profitable and that should increase once integrated into Zinc?

Sounds like a pretty decent deal for us. It needs to be voted on. Has the placing actually taken place or is that also reliant on a vote? Only downside is the placing is at a fair discount to current SP. 1p plus would have been better.

Not a bad week, at least we finished up. I remain focused on interim results early next year. I will look to buy some more on any pull backs if funds allow. Have a good one folks!

sbuild, enjoy the shooting :) haha. Yes DCD is around £6 per share, but as TerryDactil said, you need to look at the Market Cap of the company. This is the current value of the business relative to its SP and number of shares in issue. I suppose we could afford to buy them out if we issued shares and maybe take on some debt. Then we could make an offer of cash and shares.

They need more shares in issue. Maybe do a share split. 50p a share with 25m shares in issue. I wonder if the board at ZIN have thought about a share consolidation here? Maybe make the SP around 10p with 60 odd million shares.

Looks a little on the expensive side so I doubt it.
