That's one comment that made me smile. At least if we do make an acquisition we can be confident that the BOD will pick the right kind of company to acquire. He might have said earnings enhancing from year one, I'll have to have another listen.

Some good points there TerryDactil. I noticed that the trading statement didn't appear under the RNS section, seems a little odd. I recently watched the interview with David Galen again, and it really filled me with excitement and confidence. Also gave the trading statement another read. It all helps to keep you focused.

It's good to know you believe in the company so much. I agree it's definitely a worthwhile investment with us being so undervalued, and there's plenty of growth to come in the future. Yeah they said mid October for results when they released the last trading update. Not long now. I think we just need word to spread a bit and we will do well. We're in September now so it's a better time of the year for markets in general, and a good time for us to get some key news out before year end. ATB

Wideyed, I'm inclined to agree with you about any placing being at a premium. Even if it's not I can't see it being too bad, and if it's raising money for an acquisition to grow, then I'm all for it. DG has bought around 1.3m shares recently at an average of just over a penny. I'm sure he won't want to dilute us to the point that it has a negative impact. I’ve decided to bite the bullet and picked up another 137k. That's going to be my last top up (for now). I will only buy more if I manage to sell shares in another company in the coming months.

Yeah it's a tough one to call. Either way I feel that we will be trading much higher over the next 6 months or so.

Was planning on buying some more this week but I might hold off another week or two. If a placing and acquisition happened, the SP would probably drop initially, then have a bounce back.

The SP has been fairly flat for a couple of months now. I’m expecting to start seeing a sustained rise next month as we get closer to results mid-October. A couple of snippets from the trading statement tells me that the only way from here is up, and who knows what other news we might get this year? “The Directors believe that the Group's profitability will increase substantially during the current financial year.” “The expectation of increased profitability in the current financial year is supported by a strong order book in the TV division. At the start of the new financial year the TV division had a commissioned slate (to be delivered during the financial year) of GBP6.5 million. This is 76 per cent. higher than at the beginning of the previous financial year, when the commissioned slate stood at GBP3.7 million. All ongoing divisions traded profitably during the last financial year and this is expected to continue in the current financial year.” Good luck all.

We're a long way off 12p, could be a couple of years before we hit that level. That's if we don't get bought out sooner. I agree with Wideyed, we will need more interest in the company to get our SP close to what we are worth. It will happen, we just need time, patience, and some good news flow. Would be nice to see one or two II’s buying in towards the end of the year, it should happen sooner or later.

I agree with Sbuild. Also summer time isn't great for markets in general. Sept to Dec is when we will see a good move northwards. In the meantime, we can relax in the knowledge that we are performing well. The low SP may not look great, but it does provide a cheap buy in / top up opportunity, if you so desire!
