Hi Sbuild, Zinc have up until June 15th to either make a firm offer or walk away. I'm guessing something will happen a little before then. As for the SP, it's anyone's guess at the moment. If we do make an offer and the deal benefits us in most areas then I'd expect to see a rise. Not really expecting the SP to move much until we hear either way. It will of course take a while to see the full effects from any merger, and I suspect we will see a gradual rise over the longer term.

I agree with the sentiment here that Zinc will have the upper hand on any negotiations. No disrespect intended to BBSN or its holders. It looks to me that they are trying to turn the business around, but are struggling in some areas, I believe that's where we can lend a hand. BBSN have lost two large contracts and seems to have issues with their management team. Would it be better for us to make an offer to buy them out? Or do a merger? I'm not really sure what the difference would be?

Yes, I suppose until we know the full details of any such deal, it creates a little uncertainty. That's bound to reflect in the SP. Agreed that there shouldn't be much downside from here.

If Zinc are looking to aquire BB, maybe we might need to raise cash to complete the deal? If not we will be issuing shares to give to BB holders. So either way we might be looking at some dilution. Could be the reason for the drop?

Yeah still holding strong and will be adding over the coming months. Should be a good year for Zinc.

Always knew an acquisition would come at some point. Then it comes out of the blue just like that! Will be interesting to see what develops here over the coming months. I think the only way is up!

Yep certainly some good things happening and possibly more going off in the background. I don't think Zinc Media will exist next year as we will like be bought out by a bigger player. Think I'll be adding more shares soon.

Personally I am looking for 3p now come end of year. I think it's achievable and anything above that is a bonus.

They seem to drop it easily with sells but it hardly moves up with buys. It just needs to hit a bottom and it should bounce back over a penny.

I know what you mean chukkers, it doesn't help when you get people talking a company up, and posting things they can't possibly know for sure. With investments it's best to block out any noise from bulletin boards or Twitter, and just make your own judgement. I also believed this would do better, but things could be a lot worse. I just have to wait it out now if I want to make a profit, or get out at breakeven. This company has turned it's self around and I believe it will do well in the short term. It would be a shame to sell up at a loss or break even when I know there is greater potential here.

sbuild, I think most expected ZM to have made much bigger profits by now, but it was a bit too soon to be thinking like that. The SP isn't good right now but it's clear from the last update and director buy, that we are now moving towards making a profit this year. It could be year end by the time we hit 3p+. It's possible to hit 2p in the shorter term with some good news, like an acquisition or some sort of deal. At this price it's a buy and hold if you ask me!
