What can I say about this old fella? He's certainly got it in for me. He turned up on the BMR board back in January taliking a load of gibberish, I could only understand 10% of what he posted. He posted a rumour about AB being a crook and he was being investigated over some illegal activity, the post was removed and it turns out it was totally false. His buddy TigerByTheTail said that he sold out of BMR (below 2p) on the back of that rumour. mikesurt also said he sold out of BMR (and JLP if I remember rightly). So mikesurt, I'll say the same thing to you as I did to TBTT, unlucky for selling out below 2p, looks like you have missed out on a nice rise when BMR comes out of suspension. There are a few names that I wouldn't trust and I think some of them are definitely connected: mikesurt, TigerByTheTail Paddwah26, thethickofit, and sidebar.. End of story.

I was hoping that my Email to LSE had worked and they had banned you, not so lucky I guess. Maybe they have been too busy trying to fix the site and haven't got round to it yet. I like how you made another account "thethickofit" and then pretended that you're not paddy and you're a shareholder here lol. You made a mistake in your very first post by practically repeating everything that paddy posted the night before, so you gave yourself away in the very first post, not so bright are you? P.S. As I said before, your new name really suits you lol.

tomorrow then? It mentions in the JV RNS that JLP have the right to participate in any future equity issues. I wonder if AB would prefer to get the placing done before the JV is signed, that way JLP can't buy into it. Or are they waiting for the sign off first so JLP can take part in the raise? On a side note: LSE website has been shocking. It seems like the mobile site has been ok but the main site has almost been inaccessible for the past few days. "Jubilee shall have a pre-emptive right (by reference to voting rights) to participate in any future equity issue or joint venture relating to BMR's Kabwe project and the right to realise its interest in Kabwe Operations at the future equity issue price or joint venture implied value, as appropriate."

Aye, we've been waiting long enough. I think we have have been invested here for a similar amount of time, I'm coming up to 7 years this summer. From memory JH told me it's called a wet commissioning and takes about 2 weeks to complete. It's possible that they might be able to do it in stages whilst construction is ongoing so might not take as much time up as such.

To me it says both by end of September, but I agree it's not very clear. It might be better explained in the next update, if not I'll ask next time I call AB. Either way I'm not bothered as long as we start production this year.

From the wording of the RNS it sounds like both construction and commissioning need to be completed by September 30th. "completing plant construction and commissioning by 30 September 2018; and (iii) commencing production by 30 December 2018."

Lol, in that case there will be a lot of scrap metal after that particular trial run. Dodgy melt lol

Rosewall, thanks. From what I've been told it's a fairly quick process. It makes me wonder why there is a 3 month gap from having commissioning completed by September, to starting production by year end. Maybe it's just to fine tune things so we can produce at full capacity, come end of December.

Ah yes, obviously I miss counted. Let's just hope we can complete it within that timeframe. I wonder if the JV will get signed off this month. It makes sense to get in completed so we can commence construction early May.

So loan repayment of £3.1m, that sounds about right with the 30% premium internest payment. Interesting that they have pushed construction back to from April to May. That kind of tallies up with what DShox posted about resuming trading next month. If it takes 5 months for construction, doesn't that take us past the September 30th deadline to commence commissioning?

Yeah I was thinking the same. Perhaps he's trying to get a cheap entry into BMR when suspension is lifted. I wish him luck, he'll probably need it.

I'm sure you're not that dumb. It says in the RNS that the £2m is used for the plant build. I even had it verbally confirmed to me by AB. Every penny of it goes on the build.

Construction costs lol. That's being paid for with JLP's £2m JV money.

Great so now you are using two accounts to attack us with, you must be desperate. I think you know exactly what the JV terms are. It's just that you are trying to make it sound bad for BMR in an attempt to put people off buying here and buy JLP instead. I don't think anyone is stupid enough to fall for it though. But if you're happy to waste your time then feel free to keep trying...

Actually he sold 29.01% of the company for �500k cash plus �2.3m in JLP shares (which are letting us down). So if you want to go by that theory, JLP valued BMR at well over �9m (hence the 3p placing). Joker!

By the way, that name really suits you!
