moneyhawk. Yes I think concluding the JV and BMR placing this week will be to the benefit of all shareholders involved. I also don't mind differing opinions but some posters seemed to have targeted me, and used abusive language so I agree, they took it too far. Not sure how he thought he would get away with it really.

Spoke to AB about half hour ago, he was enroute to a meeting with JLP to sign the JV. He mentioned about JLP being fully committed and owning 29% of BMR so he's confident. I Asked him about the placing, he said it's still going ahead, the hold up is due to the investors wanting the JV signed first before they stump up the money (understandable). So I'd expect an update later or first thing tomorrow. In other news, I received an Email from LSE this morning confirming a connection between paddy and all his other accounts. They have passed the information onto the moderators to take appropriate action. Could explain why he made a new one this morning. GL all

Exactly, all it takes is the right news and the buyers will be queuing up to buy. It would take a fair amount of shorting to bring this down and the big boys won't short such a small company. They go after the big FTSE companies that are in crisis. Paddy is dreaming if he thinks he can affect the share price either way. All he's doing is looking for a cheap entry here. He can see the dollar signs from reading my earlier post on the price of our metals at Kabwe. 1) Would brokers loan out BMR shares so they can be shorted? 2) Most of the shares here are tightly held which means when the buyers arrive, there's gunna be a shortage of stock which will only push the SP higher. Win-Win for investors here.

Basically he and mikesurt have made a lot of false accusations surrounding BMR, and neither of them have been right so far. TBTT tried to say our metal extraction technque would not work and getting the Vanadium out would be very difficult. Along came Leon and said how happy he was with the recovery rates. He said he's improved it (only slightly), but it's all based on the same methods that Jeremy Hawke came up with. I know because I've had the information confirmed from JH himself.

Rosewall, if I were you I'd take those ROSE tints off and be prepared to be disappointed. The JV means the project is highly likely to happen and be successful, so I'd say BMR are in the strongest position they've been in for a long time. Raising money won't be a problem, it's either a placing through the small group of private investors, or a cash loan from JLP. Either way BMR will be cashed up and the JV will go ahead on the same terms. P.S. You won't get much sense out of TBTT, he sold out of BMR on the back of mikesurts false fraud rumour lol.

Unfortunately since we have been suspended, Lead and Zinc prices have dropped off a little from their highs. Fortunately the price of Vanadium has gone up by around $3 per lb within the same time frame. This has added $297m to the value of our indicative 45k tonnes of V... I have put the metal prices (per tonne) in USD, and the total values in pounds sterling. Lead Sponge: $2,300 x 276,364 = �461m Zinc Cathode: $3,120.50 x 144,853 = �328m Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate: $1,000 (approx.) x 570,000 = �413m Vanadium Pentoxide: $34,061.38 x 45,000 = �1.1b Total Value: $3.1b or �2.3b

We've been waiting that long for production that the Vanadium turned into Uranium - must have been a strange chemical reaction lol.
