If you think this stock doesn't require any derampers, explain why so many have turned up here lately, yourself included?

What makes you think we need to form a group? What are you expecting to happen?

I guess it's all just old ground now, we've had bad management, we've been backed into to a corner. Not much we can do now apart from look to the future and hope for the best. If we maintain our 60% then everyone has a fair chance of making something, that's the way I see it. You mentioned that at the AGM, some shareholders were interested in having some board presence in the company? Maybe the group of private shareholders that are looking to invest a mil can have a bit of influence going forward? I also can't see them putting money in if they feel we'll end up losing it all to JLP. Just my thoughts.

I'll let you kick me in the nuts, although I'm sure a few here would like to do that anyway lol. I agree, shareholders have been messed around for far too many years, most have given up all hope, Eric is just about clinging on by his finger nails. Anyway, I thought you had accepted what ever fate befalls us? No point moaning if that's the case...

Not sure why it wasn't all agreed before hand. Could be some underhanded move by Leon, I'll find out... No point in forming a shareholder group, some holders read a couple of negatives and give up like it's the end of BMR. We've gotten this far through tough times, perhaps good times await?

If people think JLP will end up financially benefiting more than us, then you know what to do - buy some JLP shares tomorrow. Nothing has been lost yet, it's still a 60/40 split in our favour. If we lose anymore than rest assured, AB's head will roll, and then it'll be kicked into space by Eric lol. If we maintain our 60%, the negative ones owe me a pint at the next AGM - god I'm going to be drunk lol.

The terms are a little wishy washy, I'll seek more clarity before I comment any further. We have had similar terms before. Take SZ for example. We gave Bushbuck permission to remove property at Kabwe if we failed to pay. We paid up and it was sorted. Obviously a lot more is at stake here with the JLP JV, and we have some way to go before we start to produce and pay them back. There are risks attached, just like most things do, but I'm confident we can fund any additional costs, should there be any.

Exactly, it's their job to carry out all the plans, and construction of the project.

Some seem to think just because JLP are operators of the project, they some how run BMR as well. KOL and EPL are subsidiaries of BMR PLC. BMR still have a majority say in the project, outlined in the JV agreement.

We're only taking a break from the market, kind of like a vacation. We're having a 5 month break from AIM before we relist and rocket to 50p lol

Hi Eric! I reckon Bozzer would rather sell our JLP shares than let them take anymore of the Kabwe project. Leon's already got his greedy mitts on too much. I say sell the �2m worth of shares we have and build a giant plant, we could then pay JLP back within a month from all this juicy profits. See you on the BMR board, toodle pip!

Klue, if the dates can't be changed then they will just have to get a 24/7 build team on site to get it finished, simple as that. Either way it will get done because JLP will look like idiots if they don't complete the build on time, and risk losing the project. I think some people are making a big deal out of this 6 week delay etc. In 6 weeks from now you'll be wondering why you did.
