I try to dig a little deeper when I ask questions so I can get an idea of what's going off and what's likely to happen. I don't think AB is in the business of lying but it doesn't mean things will go according to plan. If I get a sense that JLP are trying to screw us over, I'll be the first in line to take action. We can't allow JLP to take anymore of the profits. It's our project, we need to maintain majority ownership of it. If AB doesn't do his upmost to build shareholder value for us, then he will end up walking the plank. If the 3 investors do end up taking 5% each in BMR, I think it'll be a good thing for us as they will want to ensure we keep hold of the 60% profit share. I wouldn't worry about the plant build, officially we have until June to start but LC has already mentioned that some works are already underway. If original deadlines have to stick then it will get completed, even if it's not the full 5tph capacity. The rule is to get a plant built and get it producing, nobody said how big or how small it has to be...

z-cars, I think BMR as a lot to offer. The main concern is financing but I think AB has a decent plan in place to sort this out. Providing all goes to plan we can turn things around. When the plant is built it will be very useful to GLR as well, as they will be looking to transport ore from Lusaka to our plant for processing. It'll be cheaper than building a plant onsite at SZ.

As far as I'm aware we submitted plans for a 5tph plant. I'm surprised we're still going over this lol. LC went to Zambia to discuss extending the construction and production date till end of December, and perhaps to discuss other projects related to JLP. I should have asked about the Vanadium when I last spoke to AB. I'd be surprised if we've actually submitted the EPB. I wonder if they'll wait until the plant is up and running first, then look to sell the V early next year. If I was AB and co, I'd be looking to sell it ASAP.

One thing's for sure, we have been let down by management, I can't deny that. So we find ourselves in this sorry mess, but I feel we are now close to getting out of the hole we are in, with the help of JLP. Regarding the licence, it doesn't matter if it was taken due to corruption, or the ZG saying BMR had not made enough progress, there was no justification in taking it, hence they swiftly gave it back without much of a fight. I also think JLP did play a part in getting it back, but I doubt we will ever know how big a part they played, not that it matters as we now have it back, let's move on. Given the circumstances, I think this JV deal with JLP was probably the best outcome we could have hoped for. I don't think we would have gone bust without it, but the alternative doesn't bare thinking about, and again, it doesn't matter. We have the JV with JLP and it's better than nothing or a worse alternative. Let's put our differences aside and try to get a long, we are partners now after all...

VIG, I think LC will be eager to start construction this month, it has to start next month at the latest anyway, unless they can renegotiate the deadlines with the ZG. According to LC he has already mobilised a team onsite so some work will probably be underway. Him saying he'll make a decision by June 14th is a bit like saying they were going to make a decision on the JV. It's going to happen, there's no backing out now. I think the plan will be to ask the ZG to extend the construction/commissioning/production deadline till end of December, and aim to start producing before that date.

Cheers Mike. Just watched the presentation. I don't like how Leon says he's entered into a JV with us "initially" for a 40% profit share. Is he saying he's expecting more or just pointing out that they have a chance to get more of a percentage share? Either way it's a little unprofessional really. He said that the construction of the plant is expected to start in May and will have a build time of 5-7 months. Obviously 7 months takes us past the September 30th deadline, so it kind of ties in with what AB said about asking the ZG to extend the construction time until the end of December. Providing we start building in May it will probably be completed by Oct/Nov anyway.

Sounds to me that there could have been a leak about the audit? Could explain all the selling recently but it seems to have stopped now. Surely with the recent director buys it can't be anything too bad...

There was only one sell recorded at 16:30 on the dot, why the 10% drop? Wonder if there will be any late reported sells?

Sometimes there can be a disconnect between expectations and reality too.

The fact that Leon kept saying he was "supporting" BMR with the licence issue tells me they played a small part in getting the licence back. But ultimately the licence is ours and we were the ones that had to, and did get it back. I think JLP will find its feet but maybe not properly till 2019, and with the help of the Kabwe project. Let's face it, we own almost 5% in JLP so I want it to do well by early 2019. I agree though, all 3 companies need a clear direction, hopefully that will come soon.

Apparently my information from AB is rubbish so I'm asking for your superior knowledge so we can find out who's information is actually dud. Considering you have friends in the mining industry and are always on here telling people how wrong they are, I assumed you know something that we don't? Care to tell us what? Or are you just telling porkies like last time? P.S. As you claim to be invested here, if I'm doomed doesn't that mean you're doomed too? Lol

Just took Mystic Mike off filter to read some excellent news (JLP board). Apparently he's going now and won't be back till July. According to him, he's been warned by some of his contacts to take no notice of my rubbish posts, and Paddwah26 was the best poster he's come across LOL. His other boards "that he pays to read" must have very low standards. Haha

Bryn, I'm yet to see any of his so called "insider" information come true. What happened to his claim about JLP being investigated for fraud? Also good luck trying to figure out what he's actually talking about, his posts are cryptic. Maybe that's just his way of covering his tracks when he's proven wrong. He's pretty good at insulting people though. Come on Mystic Mike, tell us what's going to happen next, in plain English please?

I think most mining/metals companies will remain supressed for most of this month. If JLP SP starts falling back get ready for the "BMR are selling JLP shares" brigade lol.

Another 5 weeks would be my guess!
