MinorMiner, nice theories on BMR but I'd say you are way off the mark.
Let's take a look at some facts; with a 5tph plant at Kabwe we would produce 2,300 tonnes of Lead, 15,000 tonnes of ZSH, and 450 tonnes of Vanadium. Now sell all that lot at today's prices and it comes up to an eye watering $35.6m! That's just a small 5tph plant. So given that JLP know all about the huge potential here, why haven't they bought us out already? Why would CB buy 2.5m BMR shares for them just to be transferred back into JLP? Why have JLP taken 29.01% in BMR and signed a JV for 40% of those profits? I'll tell you why, because they either don't want to buy us or they can't buy us yet due to the Zambian Government.
Now if they want to buy us once the plant is built and producing it's going to cost them a huge amount, and they would need the votes of the remaining 70% of holders, and majority of those shares are sat in PI's hands.
You're also aware that a plant needs to be built by the end of December 2018, so how on earth would they build a 100tph processing plant within the next 7 months? They will only just manage to get a 5tph plant built within that time frame. As for the 3p placing, are you aware that this is private BMR shareholders putting over 300k in each (860k each if they take up the 5p warrants). So your zero chance comment is way off the mark too.
Also JLP don't get 57.4% of profits, it's a 60/40 split. The 29.01% they hold in BMR PLC does not entitle them to any further profits, only dividends if BMR ever pay any.
