Interesting theories. I'm sure all will be revealed in a couple of weeks. I mentioned to him recently that I feel JLP already have enough. If they are going to get a bigger slice then it'll happen, nothing us little investors can do about it I suppose. Although my thoughts are if the 3 investors fully commit to the share subscription at 3p and 5p, they will have quite a large holding between them, and suspect they will use that to their advantage. Anyway, AB seems confident and adamant that we will remain with 60% of profits once the plant has been built. I can't see any reason for that to change.

I may have made over 3000 insane posts, but at least 90% of it isn't rubbish lol. You might not like ponzerelli, but it's not like Leon or Colin are doing a very good job over at JLP. Over 30% down in recent months isn't very compelling.

Bandit1, it's a good job you don't post very often. How wrong could you be. I've made much better and more meaningful contributions than you have here. I didn't vigorously defend AB. I said it would be a bad idea to remove him back then as things we're still up in the air, and they still are. You're obviously very bitter that your are sat on a loss here. It's a shame you can't see the potential, but I'm sure it'll smack you in the face when it happens. I hope you get your money back here, at least it'll mean me making a fortune.

Unfortunately we won't get all the answers surrounding the payment to Blue Square. It'll just go down in BMR history as another PI shafting. Add it to the rest and move on... Looking forward to news in a couple of weeks. The sooner we are back to trading the better.

Ok, spoke to AB. He was quite open about Blue Square - I probably shouldn't divulge everything so I might leave some information out.... I asked him who are BS and what have/will they do to deserve $800k. He confirmed that it is run by Michael Lamaswala. He has high level contacts within the Mining Ministry and the President's office. His Father owns a mining company called First Quantum. Basically they helped us get the licence back and will also assist in changing licence conditions, such as revising the dates. I asked about the payment in shares. Apparently JLP were fine about using shares as payment. If we didn't make the payment there would be consequences. The JLP shares will be sold off by a broker (possibly at a lower price to where they currently sit) and the cash will be given to BS. I asked if the share subscription is still going ahead - he said he doesn't know that it won't and all 3 investors still seem keen, also the investors were made aware of BS about one week ago. It's all about getting the business plan concluded so we can press on...Going on VIG's post it'll be concluded on or before the 20th June as stated in the RNS. He mentioned massive value at Kabwe and emphasised on the 60%/40% profit split.

mike, why do you want to call him anyway? I thought you said BMR is doomed and JLP will take the lot? lol

He doesn't want to talk to you, mike. They might tell you he's not in the office but I have found this to be untrue on occasions. Have you ever heard of a mobile phone??

You're right, it does stink. But this is Africa. We have to accept it, there's no fighting back. We can't win a fight against the ZG, they will strip us of all our assets and sell them on to the highest bidder (or the company with the biggest brown envelope).

Klueloss, my post wasn't aimed at your post. I'm fully aware of what's happened in the past, it's been posted many times by yourself and others. I was referring to all the posts saying we're going to go bust and JLP will walk etc. Believe me, I'm just as disgusted as everyone else here with this latest swindle.

I don't get all this doom and gloom. We're having to pay $800k bribe, I mean service money, paying in JLP shares. JLP have said they are ok with this and I would imagine they are fully aware what the payment is for, even though they will probably deny all knowledge. So no, JLP will not walk away from the deal, and I'm pretty sure we will get the placing away as planned. Don't listen to Mike and his rubbish. I'm trying to contact Alex, should hopefully get some answers today.

That's exactly what I was told but this company has a habit of changing the goal posts. Hopefully with JLP executing the project we will commence production this year.

Moneyhawk, the deadlines might have changed now anyway, JLP wanted to alter them, but I'm wondering how much by. AB reckoned the plant will still be finished by year end, but I've heard that one before!

We're just shareholders, why would they tell us anything?

I guess that's just our luck...We lose the licence and have to pay close on $1m to get it back. What next?
