The civil servants sitting on this payment should be ashamed. They are costing jobs as well as holding back a UK success story. Bring on those order confirmation RNS' and watch this rocket plus it's worth pointing out again that ABDX is currently half its 96p IPO price. Exactly Veteran 10, which is why many on here + Investors Chronicle have been saying 35p - 50p by the end of 2021 and certainly over £1 next year. In addition to the rapidly developing Salarius business, Belluscura is flying: "Demand for X-PLO2R™ portable oxygen concentrator significantly exceeds expectations" and we know that big moves are happening behind the scenes with Lucyd.

Fantastic RNS today with Group daily production increasing by c.10% and generating over $250 million incremental free cash flow at $65/bbl. Rahul Dhir, CEO of Tullow Oil, commented: "This is a value accretive, self-funded opportunity for the Group which will increase Tullow's daily Group production by c.10% and generate additional cash flow to help accelerate debt reduction". Fantastic news that the Company is preparing for the filing of an Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) in the US for patients requiring hospitalisation due to COVID-19.

As RM says despite the vaccine programme "thousands of patients a day are still being hospitalised due to serious COVID-19 symptoms".

The best messaging is certainly this paragraph in the RNS from RM: "Doctors have highlighted the urgent need for more treatment options for these patients. We believe that SNG001, our investigational inhaled formulation of interferon beta, a naturally-occurring, broad-spectrum antiviral protein, could offer a compelling new treatment option. With the trial having achieved its randomisation target we look forward to announcing top line data early in 2022."

Clearly all invested in ITV wish to see shareholder value created. Under the current ceo this can not be said. Our SP is massively down under her tenure and the proposed full year divi to be paid in 2022 is also drastically reduced to 3.3p from a full year dividend of 7.8p (which also excludes the special divi we also used to be awarded). Exactly and M&A activity will continue to increase in our sector because it is a proven winner for big pharmaceutical companies. Most of the drugs used today started out as the innovation of a genius in a smaller laboratory. E.g. just like Tim and John are doing at Sareum. The journey from invention to commercialisation takes time but as we have witnessed in our sector a lot of people make a lot of money via a takeover and or licencing of new prospective drugs. There will be many pharmaceutical companies now looking at Sareum following the:

* July 1st UKRI confirmation that we have a profile superior to Dexamethasone and similar to Baricitinib = takeover / licencing

* Sra737 100% reduction in tumours and stunning combo success with Eli Lilly, Merck and AZ = takeover or licencing

* Sdc1801/1802 breakthroughs / Tyk2 updates / patents = takeover or licencing

* The UK Rapid Test Consortium (UK-RTC) was founded in response to a UK Government call for businesses to work together on a rapid antibody test to be rolled out nationally.

* It was set up during a national emergency by Omega Diagnostics, BBI Solutions, CIGA Healthcare and Abingdon Health. i.e. these established UK businesses stood up to the plate when asked by the Govt. There is a massive difference - that the media are ignoring at the moment in the search of a story - between the pop up companies appearing at Companies House over the last 18 months and established companies such as Odx, Abdx, Avct, BBI, Ciga, Gad etc

* Once the dust has settled people will realise that what ODX and ABDX has jointly created with the AbC-19 test is going to be the game changer.

* As the consortium has pointed out "It is a very easy-to-use, accurate and reliable neutralising antibody test indicating recovery post infection or presence of neutralising antibodies post vaccine. Testing can take place in a wide range of environments such as at a high-street pharmacy or workplace testing by a trained user. Whilst performing the test, the trained user takes a picture of the individual to create a secure antibody certificate. Based on the Apple and Google approach for boarding passes, users will not need to install any new apps thanks to the new feature being built using a trusted existing interface compatible with all smartphones. The QR code will be stored in the wallet feature of the smartphone, allowing the individual to control access to their personal results".

* In the not too distant future an antibody certificate on a person’s smartphone is going to be the easiest way to prove your immunity to Covid with or without a vaccine.

* It is already approved in Europe and the UK for professional use and at some stage soon the Govt will change the message from vaccination to antibody testing.

* It's just a huge shame that UK innovation is getting side tracked and tarnished by Govt rows over the awarding of contracts but when this subsides ODX and ABDX will be at the forefront both with antibody testing and LFT's.

* Global Patents all sorted = Significant IP Value creation.
* HNWI's onboard investing £4.5million = avoids a suitor offering a cheap price. "We don't need your money. Come back when you have a real deal for us to review".
* Appointment of a heavyweight Joint Corporate Broker = deal maker
* UKRI Covid announcement that our profile was superior to Dexamethasone and similar to Baricitinib = indisputable credibility of the Sareum science
* Edison Open House = HNWI investment rather than traditional placings / dilution.
