Keep looking for the negative Daz if it makes you happy but most level headed investors recognise the importance of achieving 99.99% purity.

They could have bought back 50 million shares at today’s prices. That would have given the share price a boost but obviously they consider themselves more important than the shareholders. This is absolutely appalling greed and needs to be called out.

I really do not want to see an asset sale. I would much rather a takeover. I have been invested in this company far too long and am still deep in the red. So much hope over the years and very little delivered. I remember all too well the farce at Holmwood, the chief exec not attending crucial planning meeting. Traffic management plans submitted saying a petrol station would be use as a lorry park ( without the owner’s permission).

The great hope of the Kosmos farm in that was ultimately fruitless. The never ending planning appeals that thankfully delivered a productive well. My issue is three companies board of directors have been dining out on the success of this single well and I don’t get any sense of urgency about when they will deliver the rest of the discovered oil deposits from Wressle.

At some stage people other than the directors need to be able to profit from this discovery.

For once Ade you are correct that they have got agreements with two companies to hire out their equipment if anyone wants to hire it.

However you omit to mention that these are huge companies. Speedy hire is the largest hire company in the UK and the other is the largest in North Africa and the Middle East but I guess that information didn’t suit your deramping agenda . You also fail to recognise that many of the largest construction companies are committed to net zero.

Well the bought value today isn’t very much, hopefully not long until the jet pump is tuned on and the dollars are flowing again. They need to hurry on and get the farm out contracts signed. Time and tide wait for no man. If they fail to get a farm out then a merger would offer plenty of cost saving syngeries, given that the board of directors are getting paid for delivering very little I would certainly support a merger in the absence of a farm out.

On the 7/10/23 last year I attended the town hall event, it was a very slick presentation with an excellent q and a session. I came away confident that a boom in the share price was just around the corner. The magna deal had protected us against the possibility of a fundraise and further dilution. Yet despite a whole series of purchases by Martin Ive and a 10 million deal with Collins the share price has been going down.

For the life of me I can’t understand why SEE are continuing to hide their light under a bushel rather than shouting about their lifesaving technology from the rooftops. Surely it’s time to get ink on the contracts and get the public’s attention. Other companies do not seem to be constrained by NDA’s to the extent that we are

I just came across the end of BBC Parliament channel coverage of net zero this afternoon.I only saw the last 10 minutes, lots of discussions about the need for more gigafactories but some very positive mentions for hydrogen. One of the speakers stated that for many areas hydrogen would be possibly the better solution, e.g.heavy goods vehicles. They also mentioned construction sites and shipping. Reassuring to know that the powers that be are waking up to how hydrogen can contribute to net zero. They also recognised that technology in this area is moving forward rapidly and the department has been awarding grants. Good to see that we are on the government’s radar.

Ade, are you still confident about 8p. If so you really should increase your short.

I assume that if you don’t you certainly wouldn’t have any interest in buying any given your views regarding the current management. So what exactly is your motive in constantly posting on this board?

Just watched an interesting item on newsnight. Highlighted the equivalent amount of carbon produced in the making of a $70 million film, it’s something in the region that 3’000 acres of forest would absorb in a year . Actors are now signing up for green riders where they will insist on the use of electric cars etc .

The demand from the film industry alone could be huge and it sounds as if they won’t take much persuasion.

I try not to get too hung up on price predictions but as Ade is determined to put out silly numbers to the negative I think I’ll predict that the opposite will happen.

By Christmas, assuming that we have developed either the 200kw for ABB or the 50 one for construction generation I think it’s safe to say we’ll be at 30 p +.

Between Christmas and Easter we’ll double again on the news of orders from either ABB or speedy jv.

Between Easter and the end of 24 we could double again as our international reputation develops and our off grid business takes off. Hence, in 16 months time we could easily be at £1.20.

After this the world is our oyster.

Price= at the moment it’s the great unknown however we were told that they were seeking to reduce the costs of production by 50% and to also use carrier fuels as hydrogen prices are high in the UK compared with some parts of Europe.

If I was as unhappy about the way that Afc are doing business I would sell up and move on. Your fixation on the discounted deal with ABB is just boring most readers of this board.

At the moment I’m frustrated that the share price is so low but I recognise the progress that has been made. The matched government grant of up to 4 million pounds plus the speedy hire jv adds to my confidence that this company has a great future. Of course nothing is guaranteed but I’d rather invest my money here in a green energy company than collect dividends from fossil fuel and tobacco firms. Maybe that makes me a muppet in your view but names never hurt me.

Git, anyone who has a basic understanding of business will know about the marketing mix, otherwise known as the 4 P’s. Product, place, price and promotion.

I’m too busy at the moment to simplify but suggest you try to work out how AFC have applied the 4 P’s.

When I shop in Tesco I usually use a club card. It gets me a discount, is Tesco giving me something for free, clearly not but they are hooking me in as a customer and at the same time are learning about my needs. Similarly AFC gave a discount to ABB in order to receive money paid up front and they have indicated that they will give a discount on the first nine units ordered. If such an order arrives the share price will be multiples of today’s price.

Likewise when generators start being hired via the new joint venture literally every major construction company bidding for new contracts will be scrambling to get hold of them. It is then we will see the hockey stick trajectory and it could come before the end of this year.

As stated previously people that are not invested should simply move onto another share which they think will make them money rather than looking for a cheaper entry price.

They have missed the opportunity to buy in the low teens. Soon they will miss the chance to buy in the high teens. When the next news arrives this share might easily by pass the 20’s altogether.

Ade , I really don’t think AFC are being valued on current earnings. Do I have to point out companies such as Tesla who consistently posted losses while their share price and market share went up.

When the £ 2 million sale to ABB shows up in the next set of accounts will you rave about the thousand per cent increase in sales? Not to mention the potential sale of a further 9 units to ABB or the earnings from the new joint venture with Speedy. The Vox article refers to expected earnings of £6 million next year followed by £16 million the year after.

If price/ earnings ratio is the only way you’re going to value a share then you should stick to the FTSE.
