Yet another Monday morning with no news. Is there anyone even in the office on the off chance that a phone might ring with a farm in offer.

Reminder that WH said deal would be done in late 24 or first quarter 25. In the last RNS he extended it to 1st half 25. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an RNS in May referencing autumn. Please can someone remind me what this man does for his money. After all egdon are the operators of Wressle so no daily oversight required for the golden goose that is paying his salary.

The macro economic climate could go either way. End of war in Ukraine would be a positive but Trump’s tariffs are equally a negative. However, interest rates are expected to fall which will help investment and the AIM market in general.

If governments really want green energy they will have to put their money where their mouths are and cough up to support new industries. HAR 1 and 2 gives us some hope that they will do so. Big decisions are probably being taken now that will change the energy landscape for generations to come.

The shorters may continue to believe that they are onto a winner but that’s their gamble. Personally I wouldn’t bet against the new management team. One decent sized contract or a strategic investment by a major company and this share could double.

That Adam Bond didn’t put some of his inflated salary into this company. We might have avoided the Helikon short and be a lot higher than we are today.

It’s certainly not all bad. Yes it’s disappointing that Tamgo and Acciona orders don’t appear imminent. On the positive side I think they will avoid a fund raise while our price is so low.

It’s obvious that Adam Bond led us to believe that AFC could run when we couldn’t even walk. At present we’re crawling but there’s positives to take as well.

AFC are obviously able to engage at high levels of government. If Reeves really wants to have growth then a few tweaks to accounting and capital subsidies could be implemented.

Hydrogen is still going to be a massive market

I really was expecting a steady rise as we moved into hot testing. Instead we are seeing declines of 2 to 5% almost daily. At the moment I find it hard to get excited about future potential until we get positive results. I’m holding nervously in the hope that we can unlock real value and solve a major environmental issue. Fingers crossed

Is will this 65% cost reduction finally make owning and operating these generators economically viable. Adam Bond had stated previously that the cost difference between our generators and diesel ones over their lifetime were reducing. Will this be the product that finally get us over the line and starts a massive shift towards clean energy on off grid sites. I certainly hope so

We are in a strong position. A good and improving order book. The science is on our side. We have an excellent CEO, we are building a solid reputation and we will surely emerge as the go to leader in the field of green hydrogen .

He needs to do a lot more than double the appallingly low share price. Many people and institutions have bought in at above 60p. Admittedly doubling would be a good start but remember it’s from a very low base.

If announcements are coming surely it would have been better to release the share option RNS after they signed contracts rather than before. Usual contempt for shareholders. Sheer arrogance

So the first RNS that is released since the new CEO has been in place is regarding share buyouts/ options. He knew he was coming for a few months before he took up his appointment. He has been in post almost a month and this is what we’ve get.

Thursday better be good. What I want to see is signed contracts not directors share opinions.

2024 was supposed to be the year of delivery. What a joke

RNS states”offers to provide antler with a full carry for drill H1” I read that as the farm out not the actual drilling.

Yawn. Yet another RNS that fails to deliver. WH had talked about a farm out in late 2024 or first quarter 2025. They are now talking about 1H 2025. Another 3 months of him and his ilk draining value from the company. If there were such significant interest in the asset then the deal would be done. I would love to be proved wrong but my long bitter experience with this company suggests otherwise.

I’m still holding him to first quarter, if not done by then he needs to go.

Not long now until we get updated numbers for cars on the road. If we continue our exponential growth then the market will not be able to ignore us for much longer. Frustrating as it is we just need to be patient a bit longer. We might not be the cheapest dms but we’re probably the best. Remember buying cheap often means buying twice.

CWR did drop down yesterday but rose again today. Hopefully ITM will do likewise tomorrow. I think that in the next quarter a clear runway to break even will become visible. We have a considerable order backlog with a good cash cushion. I really don’t see that a fund raise will be needed unless the management decided that it was necessary to expand internationally and corner even more of the market. In such a scenario I think the share price would rocket.

Remember Tesla was loss making for years but its shares continued to rise. A couple of interest rate cuts this year reducing gov debt repayments and giving more headroom for investment would be most welcome.

I do recall that at the last agm Adam bond did say that there would be no diesel generators allowed at the lower Thames crossing. He also said that afc had been visited by many large construction companies who had sent their specialist staff in on site power to see afc’s offering. The joint venture with Speedy hire could yet yield major results.

Helikon have taken large short positions in both Itm and Afc. They obviously want to bet against hydrogen and renewable energy. I’ll be very happy to see their shorts burn. A few more good sized contracts over the rest of this quarter should see the back of them.

They’ve been saying not long to go for years. Maybe they’ll come up with yet another region if they fail to get EG and Ireland farmed out. Not long ago they were raving about Morocco. Yet more money wasted by the wasters
