I also like to draw comparisons with RockRose energy which is a is an emerging junior oil and gas company with a MC of c. 250M producing 20,000 boepd compared to Clon MC 8m. With a potential to produce much much more. IMHO on ratification of our original Tano 2a block and potentially a further block the MC should be between 200 and 300 M. 25- 35p with current shares. Pauly when it happens will be the start of a new era for all clonsters. Ghana Parliament open for businesss next Tuesday, exciting times ahead. On ratification we will see major interest. Major bullish signals according to Zac. Next test will be 1.35, 2.3 then 3.3 even at 3.3 we are only talking 25m MC. Buy low and get ready for the explosive multiplier effect. That’s my strategy anyway, it’s worked well in the past ;)

28/1 will be the opening of a bew sitting for the Ghana Parliament and also the opening of a new era for Clon. It looks like I was right with PET and looks like that situation will be cleared up very soon which means that there is no reason why this has been marked down. I expect a move north ;)

robrob ratification of 2 licences will see heavy demand for shares from not just PIs, II, fund managers of junior oil portfolios will what this plus big oil. 2 licences of billion dollar reserves with farm in; we are talking multi 100m mc. Just look at PMO, MC nearly 1 billion. Ratification = huge re-rate

Cahus the drop makes no sense at all but in the long run will not make any difference.

Tiburn I have a few green messages being filtered at the moment, I keep it that way as just a waste of my time reading that trash. I do appreciate the input of posters, like yourself that post insights, opinions or fact backed up with some substantiation.

I am not a trader purely investment driven and tend to pick mainly blue chip stock, in the area I work and have knowledge in. I also have one or two juniors to level things out a bit. I have been following Clontarf for some years now and have built up a good position that I am comfortable with. The start of the game is near now and with the support of the GNPCC we should be getting the agreed PA ratified in parliament when it is summoned to commence the next session after the xmas adjournment.

Exploration has picked up in Ghana since 2018 with new surveying, licensing and drilling activity which will keep going this year. There is a current drive to expedite exploration licences by the Government with a view to bridge the gap in a few years when current production will peak. GL "our time has come"

Hey Tiburn looks like the usual trolls are coming out from the farm lol. It has been a protracted play this one but we are very close to the finish line, that being the ratification of the agreed by all parties, signed PA. The same logic cannot be applied, you are correct when you say that.
It is the Deep Offshore West Africa Congress tomorrow, there will be a lot of discussion and may be some insight i=of timescales emerging from that.

I get and appreciate what you are saying, the point I am making with clon is that I believe there is a limited free float available to trade.

Legal bigwigs will be all over this therefore I would be very careful about what is posted Here, unless you have substantiation to what facts are being stated. Any market manipulation will obviously be looked into I would not want to be that rouge entity as they will be looking at doing time.

Riseandshine I doubt it as Clon shares are tightly held by those that have bought in for Ghana Tano Basin and will understand that the issue on PET is unrelated and has strengthened the BOD integrity rather than the inverse. PET has been heavily traded up from 2p due to Tamraz getting involved for Iraq and therefore any issues surrounding this deal will impact the share price. What has become apparent is that PET BOD (CLON BOD) are clean and are not implicated in the matters over on clon. Yes it impacts PETs value but should have no impact on Clon.

Have posted over on PET board my thoughts but this is good news for Clon as it is proven that it is not related to the PET BOD and therefore has no relevance to Clon.

IMHO it seems to becoming clearer and my hunch that the 5.25 million locked-in shares have been forward sold by a rouge entity hence there is no trace via a TR1 and or MAR notifications; a naked short (illegal). It states that Tamraz Lawyers are investigating and this explains the delay in reporting to the market to reconcile the electronic register and to check any settled trades or not as the case is.

This will get resolved one way or another but fair play to the PET BOD for tackling this head on. The Ball is in Tamraz court and the potential outcome is a very serious if in fact there is proof of a naked short. My guess is though that Tamraz will want this sorted asap and to continue with business of the second tranche placing monies unless Tamraz has been fleeced of that money

What RNS mate? There is no RNS due, there will only be one on ratification but this is not expected yet. But if you have to sell you 100 shares go ahead. I will have them ;)

Freeshare no I haven’t spoken to company but I may in due course. My experience with the BOD is that they are straight talkers no BS and I respect that. If they say they have investors waiting then they probably have. If not on ratification they will kit have an issue with interest and on proven potential they will have the city queuing at their door. These things take a time to play out but from what we have witnessed there is pressure on the Ministry of Energy to expedite the exploration process and in particular ratify PA’s. Pan Andean PA has been signed and is logged with Parliament. I believe we will not be waiting too much longer.
