Yes it’s still narcotics bill, sorry just logged In about 5 mins before you posted. they were discussing forfeiting property that sounded like it could apply to insolvency. They got stuck on that point for about 20 mins. Another 20 ish clauses to go ..,

Getting into a share early Before the true value is established is the strategy I follow. This strategy needs a lot of patience but if you have done all the analysis and calculated the risks to your satisfaction then you should take comfort in the same.

Pauly just curious but why are you invested here? What made you buy into the company?

Pauly / Free just an educated guess but I do remember that BOD stated in RNS they were talking to investors that were waiting in the wings once ratification occurs. I very much doubt that they have agreed a farm in with any company yet just provisional discussions. There are many options and interested parties such as Total, Kosmos, Exxon, Aker, Roger Tamraz and pals that would appreciate a farm in rather than competitive bidding especially the Tano Basin. Why do you think BOD changed the NOMAD to Strand Hanson whom have a dedicated office in Africa managed by Warren Pearce. There is a lot of history with Ghana that needs to be understood, it’s not a decade of being in the same position as we are in now that is not the case. The game is just about to start to play out; just need the involvency bill in effect that is key. Once in place I expect movement for Pan Andean.

Sorry correction Once a person holds more than 3% of the voting rights of a UK company whose shares are admitted to trading on a UK regulated market or a prescribed market (e.g. AIM) whether as a shareholder or through direct or indirect holding of financial instruments, that person is required under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules to disclose that interest. Disclosure is also required if the holding in question increases or decreases through each whole percentage point over 3%.
