Pauly some good questions that we will all be wondering but difficult to guess. Ratification in the hands of the Ghana Government that are expediting oil and gas agreements. Once the insolvency bill in effect Ratification is expected some afterwards. We know that the BOD have been talking to investors and have them in the wings. However until ratification occurs you will but get any commitment from big oil or investors. Farm in agreements can take as long as the parties are willing to negotiate plus you have lawyers involved; 3 to 6 months. Pan Andean have data and there will be targets ready to drill potentially by the summer if all goes to plan GL

Cheers Pauly, imho this is one of the best plays out there on aim. I like and trust the straight talking BOD and their investing strategy is aligned with my approach. We all have our different investment/trading strategies; I like getting in early but with clon my strategy will be to remain until we find oil! Ratification will see Clon with a world class asset in a proven sweet spot in Ghana. I still have some PET but I am more comfortable with Africa than Iraq GLA

I tend to just scim through the agendas / business statements and talk to thoes in country to keeep myself up to speed with what is happening. In anycase said Bill is in its last stages before it becomes into effect. That clears Erin out of the game totally and leaves our original block clear for ratification to Pan Andean (which clon own 60% interest, PET 30%, 10% Ghana interest) as per the signed and agreed PA.

On ratification of the Signed PA we should see huge re-rate the Erin scenario and this insolvency bill are the precursor to this. Ratification is also what II and Big Oil is waiting for. Clon BOD said that they had investors in the wings, waiting for ratification. It’s started :)

Big history with this but yes it’s to do with Erin insolvency and undoing what was done in the past and enabling us to get back our full original block. The reading is scheduled for Thursday and Friday but there is a note that they are prioritising and getting urgent matters out of the way first.

Keep your eye on the business statements, the PA will. E presented as a motion. The government at the end of the last meeting were expediting the oil and gas motions. Could happen anytime but I doubt we will wait 9 weeks.

what you talking about ? If you are talking about Clon blocks, we are expecting 2 blocks to be ratified by Parliament this sitting. The PA has been agreed and signed and with Parliament for ratification.

Freeshare I get it but we are talking about a block in a proven area in the Tano basin, a sweet spot in Ghana. Multi-billion potential that is the difference. Exploration Drilling could start this year.
