Another point Rise is from personal experience I have had MERS after living in the Middle East and then came to the U.K. and got swine flu both nasty virus’s and correct me if I am wrong (sorry not as reasearched as you on this subject obviously) but isn’t MERS a type of Coronavirus? I don’t folllow RBD and I have completed no analysis on them but it looks like they are an investment company non-comparable with an operator of Clon (who get their sleeves rolled up) They are into U.K. oil and gas and the California fracking assets minor compared to potential of Tano Basin. Timbo raises a good points as well. However you needs to look at the potential of the Tano basin in terms of MMBBLS and the boepd is this comparable to RBD interests? In any case to very different types of companies.

Tere has been good news with the recent announcement by Aker Energy of one of the biggest oil finds in Africa. Mr Speaker, this has led me to think that an NPP government must be good for Ghana. After many, many years of our looking and almost giving up, it took an NPP government to discover oil in 2007. In eight years of NDC administration, 13 oil block deals were signed, and not a single one was developed. The first one signed in 2017, under my government, which was Aker, has led to the second biggest oil discovery in Africa. Enough to make a believer of anyone, I might say.
Mr Speaker, there is no avoiding the fact that the oil industry, unfortunately, has a reputation for corruption. Since the discovery of oil in our country, there has been heightened anxiety among the people that we do not fall into the same trap of the oil money benefitting individual officials to the detriment of the state and the general public.
On the fight against corruption in the oil industry, and to aid transparency, we have established a National Register of Contracts on which all the Petroleum Agreements signed by the Government have been published. This provides a platform for citizens to scrutinize the oil contracts signed by government, and accords with the international call for contract transparency.
We have also passed the General Petroleum Regulations, which provide for the disclosure of beneficial ownership information of companies operating in Ghana’s oil and gas industry. This will ensure that people do not hide in the shadows to appropriate oil blocks to themselves, at the expense of the citizens of Ghana. The interest of major oil companies in Ghana has become dramatic. Today, oil companies such as the American giant, ExxonMobil, and the Norwegian conglomerate, Aker, have signed petroleum exploration agreements with Ghana. Through the launch of the “GHANA OIL AND GAS LICENSING ROUNDS 2018”, the bidding process for the allocation of new petroleum rights to prospective investors, the first such exercise in our history, other global players such as BP, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and Total have expressed interest in coming to Ghana.

A good article by Reuters and Amni that supports that there is Big Oil and cash aka GT Bank and Shell circling around smaller oil and gas producers and in Clontarfs case potential producers.
The Tano Basin is high on the radar and as I said before there will be no shoprtage of bacnkers that would be wiling to jump on a plane and get the potential verified and broker deals. Exxon, Chevron, Shell, BP, Aker, Kosmos to name a few. A 200 to 300M valuation on ratification of both blocks would be realistic. The problem is that Aim are clueless on how to value companies. How can Clon have a MC of under 5M with the facts that are know in the industry? Once ratified we will see a massive jump in the price due to huge demand for the small amount of shares available.

LONDON, March 15 (Reuters) - Nigeria’s Guaranty Trust Bank and a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell have granted a $270 million loan to independent Nigerian oil and gas producer Amni International, Amni told Reuters on Thursday.
The terms of loan will give Shell Western Supply and Trading sole access to the 16,000 barrels per day (bpd) of oil the company pumps in two fields off Nigeria’s oil-rich Delta region.
Production at offshore fields, including Amni’s Ima and Okoro/Setu, is difficult to maintain, but Amni said the loan would allow them to further develop the fields. The company also has an offshore concession in Ghana.
“We are excited to work with GT Bank and Shell as commercial and financial partners to enable the realisation of Amni’s ambitious plans for growth,” Amni’s Chief Executive Tunde Afolabi said in the statement.

Bigger oil companies and trading houses often extend financing to smaller oil and gas producers in deals that allow the financier preferential access to physical cargoes and give the recipient companies the cash they can use to develop and maintain their assets.
Earlier this year, Nigeria’s Shoreline agreed a similar type of deal worth $530 million with major oil trader Vitol, backed by several banks. The Nigerian government is also turning to private companies in an effort to finance everything from refinery upgrades to oil pipeline reconstruction.

Disagree with you there are a lot of paid trolls around these days, maybe more big orders to fill or want in at a cheaper price, I get it. Why do you think the implications around the passing of the Corporate Insolvency Bill is important? Do you know why? Do you know the history?

Looks like the Narcotics Bill is drawing to a conclusion that will pave way for the Insolvency bill to finalize the consideration stage then go for the third reading and then passed by Parliament. This will then pave way for the ratification of the Tano 2A block.
Looking at the chart, with my limited skills, if the next impulsive wave up is going to be the fifth wave then it will have to go higher than the the last impulsive wave 3; if in fact that was wave 3 that hit 2p. Extending out my the chart, wave 5 will hit 3p. Next target locked in ;)

Sorry disagree that doesn’t align with GHANA Government strategy to expedite the PAs. As soon as this insolvency bill is in effect. I expect ratification of the signed agreed PA for Tano 2A to proceed through Parliament.

It clears the way to ratify the signed / agreed PA for Tano 2A. Once the bill is in effect the ratification of the original block can occur. There is also talk of another block as well ;)

Pauly only you can answer that yourself by weighing up the probabilities with what you know and what facts are already out there. For me the probabilities are that ratification is nearly 99% when this will happen is the question everyone is wanting the answer to.
