I personally will be interested in the Djia to see if the markets have bottomed or retest the lows. China seems to have managed to return to manufacturing and I would expect Asia to remain flat or slight up trend. Futures are looking down at the moment though we shall see. As for Clon we should see upwards momentum as the bill is expected to be in effect this week. Funny how China seems to be containing the virus now and rest of world not. Call me a cynic but I am sure Washington will be looking into how the covid 19 got out of the lab. Is this an intentional germ war to destroy the western economies oh wait who has loads of cash to buy on the cheap ummmm China. Capitalism can’t sustain this but Communism can. Belarus have the right idea ish vodka and Saunas. However testing should be top priority to get everyone back to work ASAP!!!!otherwise the Chinese will win this one. Dutch a lot of confusion over this subject but if you are talking about Scotland oil and gas fits in with the Critical National Infrastructure as per the Scottish Government 25/3/20 also Under essential services that underpin daily life and ensure the country continues to function etc.... you can check the Scottish Gov Covid 19 publications. A lot of confusion around these definitions and who is allowed to work and who isn’t but you need to read the Small print to get things moving and I admit that was a broad statement I made. However we are seeing movement, manufacturing and production. A juggling act in the worlds oil and gas environment and an ever changing playing field that’s all I can say mate ;)

Guys thanks for all the updates having been checking in everyday and find them all very informative. Things have been v hectic for me lately with this Covid 19 implications. A lot to juggle, good thing though the oil and gas industry is exempt so we can keep pushing forward albeit difficult and challenging. Ghana Parliament sat until 2:10pm today and got to the end of Clyde 84 or 85.
China is getting back to normal and starting to manufacture again and get back to work and normal life .

Also note they are in session on Saturday as well

Amers they reconvened after lunch but someone obviously forgot to press the braodcast button because they are not broadcasting but in session. Not much further to go on the bill.

20 mins before the end of Parliament today Mr Speaker said that was the end of the Insolvency Bill consideration stage. Progressing well!

Not surprised by that PET is the same sometimes trades appear 3 days later, in any case the Parliament are under pressure to complete business. They decided not to meet a Saturday but are staring a day earlier on Monday 10am.

Been in and out of listening to the Parliament. There is a big push on to complete business. Mr speaker was demanding Saturday working as well, not sure how this panned our but it was also touted Monday to Friday and longer hours instead of Saturdays to get through business.

Parliament was meant to start early today because they were going to adjourn early. Mr speaker was annoyed because they didn’t start on time but they still wanted to finish early. Starts again Tommorrow at 10am. To be fair though they have been starting early and sometimes finishing 9pm..... market carnage at the moment, and give credit where credit is due Riseabdshine was spot on :) . Insolvency bill will be passed soon then expect ratification of the blocks .....

They should finish the 35 clauses this week, may try to listen in today at some point but it is hard work.

So you thought production would be less than 2 years? Operator would have to do FEED, then engineering and design, manufacturing and then production. I have never seeen this quicker than 2 years no chance. Out of interest how long did you think it would take for ratification to production?

I doubt it. They will probably get the insolvency bill started and hoping to get that in effect Even if they got ratification this week we are a long way off exploration. Probably two years of exploration and by that time we will be at 60 USD about again

I was under the impression they had finished the narcotics bill last night? They got stuck yesterday debating may verses shall for about 30 mins. I had a gut full of it yesterday can’t watch it anymore :) someone else’s turn. There are oil and gas committees next week and hopefullly they will start the insolvency bill on Tuesday.

At 9pm if you listen to last few mins of proceedings they come to the end of the consideration stage of the narcotics bill. I Expect insolvency bill to start today.

Former stock market darling, Tullow rose to almighty heights and was founded in 1985 by Aidan Heavey. A good successful company until recently where now they are almost back to where they started, shame to see but took on too much debt imo. The point is Clontarf could go all the way, why not. For me though The prize will be when they get confirmation of the reserves imho. Production will be some way off as; analysis and FEED studies will lead to engineering, design manufacture of the production systems and then FO or Gas. Will be Clontarf be around for that, why not if they get a farm in or they have finance via Tamraz. I will stay in until production with a portion of my shares if we get BO then will be quids in. Long term better but BO is profit so either way it will be worth it. GLA

It’s 7pm they are still going in the narcotics bill. They were doing well then got suck on clause 104. Hopeful they will finish tonight ....
