Seems that the option on the deeper target wast taken. I assume the geology suggested that gas in upper = gas in low target? I would have thought that the two were not related?

My broker seems to be allowing an unlimited amount of over subscription shares. I assume any not taken up get allocated on a pro rata basis so I put in a fair amount and hope for the best? Seems to be a no brainer.

If you want minimal risk I'd say wait until late June and reassess once the open offer has cleared and the inevitable churn is done. You may miss the boat but then you can just go elsewhere. Even getting in at 2p woul dbe a good confirmation buy that this is heading in the right direction. It could drop down to below 1p or it could steadily rise to 5p. Holding now is a risk BUT if you are holding for the long term then that risk is much reduced IMO. Looking ahead to £75m annual sales in the relatively not to distant future then 10p isnt an unreasonable target, and i think its a good upside for a potential 15-20% decline in the short term. I don't claim to know what will happen but I have a lot in here and am fairly comfortable with that.

Everyone will be maxing out their open offer and excess shares soaking up the buying in the market for a few weeks. Come the end of the month, money in the bank, full raising proceeds confirmed and this should get moving.

Ultimately the offshore should be meaningless to the valuation because it wasn’t and isn’t priced in in any way. The market has still seen fit to wipe off £15m of the mcap which ofcourse is down to the massive sell off - the expectation that it would fall being self fulfilling. Still plenty of big buys and personally wish I had some cash to add here but don’t want to reduce anything else any further to add here. The offshore protects the share price to and extent, onshore was just a little sweetener. Sale of transitional power for £20m couldnt come at a better time.

Less than 2 weeks for the drill was atleast very efficient, should get the next lot of results fairly soon. No one knows what it will be but seems that the CoS is higher this time.

Fully funded offshore is a game changer once news flow starts coming in.

There was no real rise on anticipation of onshore drilling so such a drop is way overdone. All the value in char is the offshore. Sale of transitional would be nice around now. Gearing up for offshore Q3. But really it wouldn’t have even risen on a successful drill. Crazy overreaction imo.

2 wells to drill in that time. Around Monday next week would be my guess for the 1st well but Im not sure of the TD? If this is being completed as a producer will we be looking to side track?

It was just a comment on Char’s general share price action. Actually I think we can strong rise over the next few months in the run up to offshore. Lots of potential good news flow to come.

That’s the hope

Yes got in now. Initially thought it might drop back but there was so much buying pressure awaiting funding that I think this can now rise unimpeded. The raising has been handled terribly, if I was a holder I would have been very annoyed but as I wasn’t it is a great opportunity.SCE will also be moving up in a big way now funding is sorted.

The need for the cash raise has pushed this down from 8p. It meant that the huge NICE news had no impact on the medium term share price. Needs to rerate now. The opportunity for sub 2p has passed IMO
