That’s a big statement considering the Fouke 2 well reached payback less than three months after the start of production. If future results exceed that then it’s basically free money.

Completely agree, unfortunately for you this already went sub 1p, some of us even got a little bite. Don’t worry it’s still a bargain.

The wells cost what they cost there’s no conspiracy. $4m debt, generating $4m revenue per year. We’ve just started generating net cash and entered not a strategic partnership which provided modern 3d for the cost of 12.5% on 3 wells, so approx $200k which is an absolute bargain. Gives us the targeting for Fouke type wells over a much larger area, very low cost.

Getting rid of the free riders is important, clearly paying £270k ceo salary on a £1.5m mcap is ridiculous.

And farming out for well costs isn’t ’selling off the silver’.. Fouke 1&2 have taken our production to all time highs, they continue to produce with no water cut. Plenty of time spend analysing these wells will make future drilling cheaper and better targeted.

All the large trades are buys 🤷‍♂️

Strange to drop after what was positive news. Guess it’s the fear of new shares coming online. I don’t think there will be much selling from the conditional placing shares, open offer shares are another matter. All going to plan, an operations update would be nice. This is sure to motor onwards and upwards.

Yes a company with debt, what a shocker. Making money in H1 2023 after interest payments, now we have increased production since August.

A small drop after doing double digits 2 days on the trot nothing to worry about. Still low volumes, we’ve seen what a few largish buys can do.

Depends what you value the company at. Current £10m mcap vs building up to £75m revenue. Adding 5p on that basis shouldn't be a problem.

Looking good. This should go vertical at some point, all depends on the level of flipping. At the moment there seems to be no selling appetite. Once cash is in the bank, more shares in the market, higher volumes of buying and selling, inevitable churn. Should see some very big sessions.

If the very little selling continues then all bets are off

H1 2023 saw the first profit here despite some operational issues. Since then we have had the increase in allowable production from the Fouke wells. This generates cash and should allow an increase to the debt facility to drill in the new 87.5% acreage covered by Cypress 3D which successfully pinpointed the Fouke wells.

Payback is 3 months and with ongoing income we may be able to drill a second well shortly after. From there it snowballs with the number and frequency of wells increasing exponentially.

The new large buyers know the Texas drilling area very well and can see the opportunity here with 80,000 acres of 3D and Ntog at a £1.5m mcap.

From here the future is very bright.
