Interesting buy for a small investment company. They currently have around £200k, must have been building over a few days because they certainly didnt pick it all up yesterday. Expect to see more of these in the coming weeks. A great vote of confidence.

Once it gets to nameplate how much revenue do you expect Prem to get from a tonne of spod, considering it has already been prepaid for over the next 12 months?

For SCE there is the possibility of securing a large contract as we know £400m of the £700m hasnt been signed for yet. Confidence in operational aspects will also improve confidence - hence importance of presentation. The key factor may be the large sustained buyer who seems to be hoovering up shares... but yes, it may just limp along for a while.

If GDR can make the RF facility last until July then the cash raise might not be quite so bad as 1p. 6p on announcement and 3p fundraiser is an optimistic view. Signalling to the market that you are going to raise funds for months in advance is just inept.

Yes looking forward to the SCE presentation, should square things up nicely. Going to be a bumpy moth but it will rocket at some point so no point in sitting on the sidelines. Confirmation needed regarding drawdown on the loan for capx and then its away.

I've been in and out of GDR for a while, make a bit of money but I really want to get a position I can sit on and hold with confidence, but that doesn't happen without cash in the bank, so yes will be pilling in here at some point. The current market is a nightmare for companies but is offering many areas of opportunity for investors if you can time it right. I think GDR will do very well.

There will be a number of sells so that holders can fund the open offer. The large buyer that has been operating since the placing seemed to disappear yesterday morning, hopefully will be back soon. Under normal circumstances I’d expect this to bounce but the looming prospect of a very discounted placing makes it unlikely now. Tge RF facility is at an 8% discount which would be a much better rate than going to the market so I assume the company will utilise that first. However the statement “Finally, we will seek to raise further equity funding in the coming weeks in order to provide a longer-term financing solution for the Company's exciting growth plans” has been assumed to mean an additional placing?

Lots of information which is good. Now stated that “The original mill and screen system was inadequate and unable to provide ore adequately milled and screened. (Revenue) "Based on the Directors' expectations and their understanding of the relevant OEM's production plan and estimated demand for discs and it takes into account the expected lifetime revenue from the Company's contract with OEM which is anticipated to be entered into following the Company's recent nomination as OEM 10's tier one supplier of a carbon ceramic brake discs."

So hopefully we can expect a huge OEM contract announced fairly soon to bridge the gap between £700 million of non contracted sales, and £390 million contracted sales. That will really make this fly.

No mention of the financing? As the end of April has passed and we have been cash flow negative I assume there has been a default on the first debt repayment. But no RNS? A rampy presentation smacks of a fund-raise to me.

I think the point is that the likes of Google and Amazon are reporting increased advertising spend on their platforms for the first time on 18 months and therefore their earnings are higher.The hope is this trend feeds across to us but the WPP results indicate that it hasnt quite yet.
