A trade for £97.5 at 0.975p Interesting. I believe this is a sign used by MMs to indicate that someone is buying loads of shares. i truly believe that, or at least want to believe that. Come on SS give us something.

Needs a bit of volume to get it going

Since Apr 2015 the SP always hits around 1p before a strong rise. This one will be the strongest rise in the history of the company IMO. Not based on speculation, but on results.

Agreed that is now the most likely scenario with the WI transfer. Still lots of variables though. We haven't spent that much time, effort or money on the conventional so that will be a factor. If its a large FO partner they are going to want full control with us along with the ride. Its not like we have a team on the ground with greater technical knowledge or understanding of the plays.

I can’t believe there is no difference. We needed additional permits for the EWT which capped production for the duration and had to apply for an extension. Production phase must mean no cap or additional permitting required.

Yes valuations of that magnitude are easily realisable. Considering the length of time this has taken since the FO partner entered the data room I think the target wells will have been agreed. The WI is being transfered and the permits already being secured. If the announcement says something along the lines of:
- FO partner - Shell, BP, Oil Search, CP
- £5m to 88E for costs
- 30% to 88e free carry drills
- 2 wells targeting stacked 900m bls P50
- If successful production to be paid in full by FO partner, 88e to pay back from oil revenue until 30% paid back

No reason not to expect something like that. A staggering amount of value to a company of our size. Then something similar for the HRZ..? Something more meaty for Yukon. Could all come in this year. On balance we have to hit oil at some point. But hey, its all upside when someone else is paying.
