I think Strand Hanson resigned as Nomads thus forcing their hand to find another one. No thank you note at all published. I know AIM companies fall in and out of relationships with Nomad as did LR with the Nomad before Strand Hanson….the name escapes me at the moment but I have an email somewhere in my archives somewhere on this subject. I honestly don’t think this latest change augurs well for shareholders as it was quite sudden and looks fishy imho.
Chrisp I honestly think you need to do some more research on MLA s in Spain.
From my limited knowledge ….the Mining license applicant needs to lodge guarantees with the Junta ….these guarantees are commonly known as Bank guarantees. Now where on earth would little EUZ without Denerius source these guarantees from without a BFS.?
Well let’s see what happens with the MLA. My understanding is exploration licenses are only valid for a year in Spain and they have already got the current one extended.
If they miss the deadline I think it could be curtains for EUZ and EMI/ Denerius JV will have everything handed to them on a plate…..at great cost to EUZ holders.
“ A part repayment of £800k to its majority shareholder, Kibo Energy PLC ('Kibo') with regards to the shareholder loan owing. Resultingly, this will reduce the total amount owing to Kibo to c. £432k. “. From the MED RNS.
If you actually read the report it is all hypothetical Louis based on specific parameters using machine learning techniques which today is known as AI….so what is the point exactly in reading this garbage and what are you trying to prove.?
Yes I agree with EUZ it’s not a straight forward equation….too many ifs and buts. Likewise with Denerius. Maybe Newco (JV between EMI and Denerius) will break away and list on Spanish stock exchange….who knows but anything is possible with this lotto ticket.
Anyways..thanks for getting back and I honestly hope it comes good for you. Squeaky bum time with MLA ….:-) GL.
Sheds…trust you are well. I thought I would pop in to wish you luck with the MLA.
If you really want to invest in Toral you need to buy Denerius shares. I hate to say it but Highside has it spot on when he says we were invested in EUZ and not Toral. All EUZ will do is take the money and buy another exploration license somewhere and rinse and repeat. Myles I am afraid has never added any value to EUZ and it’s gone one way since Moonlight days. Good luck though with the MLA but I think the market has EUZ sussed and I don’t see any major shift in the SP even with a mining license as EUZ is not part of Newco and will own 20% which no doubt will be sold for peanuts again.
Good post Rabito…very much appreciated. I have also before reported these blatant defamatory statements to FCA and they don’t seem to take any action as the likes of Louis continue somehow to operate ….I think the more people who report these false claims the more likely they will at least take some action. I even tried market abuse….but they don’t seem interested either….rather sad situation when it comes to governance and AIM.
Well I hope Oilman Jim has a lot of money to pay for lawyers once PANR board view his latest post of having the look of a penny stock fraud……this is one hellavu statement to make without any evidence…..please keep posting Louis…..it will easy to serve the summons then.
From the latest RNS…. Hole TOD-044 has been completed with assays having already been sent to the labs and TOD-045 and TOD-046 are currently being drilled with targeted depths of approximately 610m and 810m respectively.
TOD -043 was drilled to 491 meters. So in total the 3 holes will be 1911 meters.
In the operational RNS…. As part of the initial twelve month work programme agreed with Denarius Metals the current drilling campaign of 11 planned holes for a total of up to 7,000m.
So we still have another 8 Holes to go with about 5000 meters drilling.
The MLA is due by 31st July 2023 so in my opinion it would appear that the mining license application is not dependent on the drilling campaign. So this in effect means that the funding guarantees for developing the mine which must accompany the MLA must already be in place. ? Now why was this not RNSd?
And then the question needs to be asked why is exploration as such still taking place after the MLA ?
So maybe you are correct Chrisp and these holes will be aimed at Cu ?
But I do know Highside is 100% correct when he says no one knows the plan…..sometimes I think even EUZ management don’t know the plan.
