The Company is in very advanced discussion with a new nominated adviser with their appointment subject to completion of due diligence, until which time the Company will be without a nominated adviser. Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the ordinary shares in the Company will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7.30am on Monday 12 December 2022.
So since 12th Dec no news and yet they continue to trade on JSE……I smell a rat unfortunately as during suspension how do LSE control cross border transactions.? Or they cannot ?

Just to show you guys how the markets value things today….Orion have signed an agreement of 80 odd million with no dilution to shareholders to fund development of a Copper mine and look what their share is worth…..not even 2p

So honestly imo….EUZ has no chance in hell of getting to the 1 pound we dreamt of…think about it.

I invested in Toral and at some stage had faith in the BOD. LR came across as a decent lad in my meetings and discussions with him. However I think he got pushed down a road that he did not agree with and hence him resigning. Having invested in Toral and to see it given away for next to nothing and EUZ having accumulated some 40 odd million uk sterling in losses over the past 7 years makes me sick to be honest and also tells me this BOD is clueless.

120 k uk sterling to be exact. So if I have every bloody right to be mad at this BOD and warn people against their total incompetence.

You are wrong again Chrisp….I am bitter because this BOD lost me over R2million and THEN I sold out. You do live in cookie land.

Unless of course they have shares in Denerius……which makes them complicit to the biggest scam ever on LSE.

And MC is in the same mold….a carbon copy of a geologist that adds zero value to shareholders. Watch DB block this and you have another fund raise without MC at the helm.
That’s my prediction. No ways they will allow this deal to go through.

Strandhanson as the Nomad for Europa Metals has allowed two RNS’s to be passed and published about imminent value events for shareholders that were misleading and possibly fraudulent.The reason being no follow up RNS has been published by Europa Metals as to why the deal fell through and who it supposedly was with.
We as shareholders would like to know exactly who the supposed deal was with and why it fell through.

Kindly can you coerse Laurence Read to make a formal statement on the suppossed value events that fell through.

As per the email below Strand have quite correctly followed the proper procedures by contacting Europa on your correspondence concluding that; all announcements and communications to date fall well within proper levels of compliance and disclosure. The AGM is an opportunity for shareholders to attend a meeting with the company directors and we were glad of the opportunity to provide those present with answers to their questions and provide a run through of the Toral project and strategy going forward, as set out in previous announcements.

We shall update the market as appropriate as we progress with both operational and corporate work.

Thanks for the response however all trust in both yours and Strandhanson are at stake as the value event which was recorded in two RNS’s never occurred.
If the supposed value event fell through at least have the decency to tell shareholders who it was with and why it fell through as it appears it was a strategy to keep long term shareholders on board whilst dilution took place. Any NDAs that were in place with this deal surely don’t exist now….so why not tell shareholders officially in an RNS what actually transpired ?
Very surprised the Nomad allows statements like this in RNSs when no cautionary announcements are forthcoming from EUZ.

Bull****e baffles brains ….but this geologist will not get any more from me and he should together with his pre decessors be arrested for fraudulently leading investors up a garden path for stating value events in RNS s that NEVER occurred. Con artists …the lot of them.

So in effect what you are saying is EUZ are getting 650k for selling a 51% stake in Toral ? Where does the bigger asset come from ? It’s only Toral.

Sheds I got that….but how does it benefit EUZ shareholders by owning 20% of the JV Newco and how do EUZ access the 4million that is paid to EMI ?
Newco will have to develop the mine and ultimately mine it and they will have operational costs and I think the pay back period is in year 5…..so EUZ if they haven’t sold their 20% by then will benefit from year 6 onwards….my guess is the 20% sale of JV company will actually be worth something to EUZ shareholders not the 80% sale of Toral.

And I am lost for words how MC calls this JV non dilutive !! Good grief!! And he somehow gets away with it and no challenges from the market place.

And Highside…you are in some ways correct. EUZ is reduced to a shell…..but with no funds from the sale of Toral as those funds are going straight into EMI which is part of the JV.

Grappa and rereading the presentation on EUZ website….. US$4m by way of a loan (the “Loan”) to EMI (the “First Option Expenditure”……..EMI is part of the JV…..NOT EUZ……
So where will EUZ get funding from to buy another project ??? The more I read into this JV the more it frigging stinks !!!

Hi Highside….that’s exactly the point. One cannot put a value on EUZ at the moment. And yes phase 3 looming on the both failed phase 1 Moonlight and phase 2 Toral.
My guess is EUZ shareholders will not see a penny of the 4 million quid. And phase 3 will be bought with the proceeds…..and share holders are back to where they were about 7 years ago.

Nice post Sheds….and yes it looks like the condition of getting Antonina has been dropped…It does need further clarification imo….FWIW the last financials EUZ posted accumulated losses to the tune of (48,843,673)….I wonder if any of this will be set off in the JV as well.
I think the point Grappa was trying to make is it certainly is a bit of a lop sided JV the way we read it.
