So if the BOD are not sure about a sale of assets how can anyone on this BB be so sure ?

Shareholders imo left LC no other option by blocking further fund raising as KIBO in effect would have been liquidated if they could not raise further capital to operate. This is therefore a direct consequence and in my honest opinion PANR would have gone under had LC not done anything. Shareholders should be thankful having re read this a few times as in a way PANR stays afloat…..for how long who knows.

Louis…the fact they they are supporting PANR in the data room and putting their reputation on the line and in a way having the inside track….tells me they are very happy indeed to be in this position.

It’s a bit like backing the dog in a horse race….so my guess is No it’s not a winner :-)

When I originally invested here it was based purely on the compelling business case for the creation of a mine in order to mine these resources. Since they have given away 80% in effect of the business case the returns will be substantially reduced and perhaps even the profits earned from the 20% ownership will be worthwhile…I somehow doubt it though but never the less for those who stayed in all the very best for you and I honestly hope this will come good for you at some stage. Mining will only commence in about 3 years I reckon providing the funding will be available. The Junta will want guarentees before providing the license. GL all.

Hi Sheds…I also have trepidation about this….how another exploration is feasible and justifiable right now ….as EUZ will not have funds for another license….unless another cash raise ….are these your thoughts perhaps ?

It’s like being between a rock and a hard place….voting against all resolutions restricts him from raising funds to continue….this action in a way could also imply we are effectively bankrupting the company….not quite sure this is the desired outcome for investors that have been in this a while…..difficult times ahead for sure.

Sheds…whilst you may be technically correct this is not the case on the ground as far as I am aware. Denerius has 3 managing members to EMIs one.They in effect have taken over Toral. I believe EUZ has no further part to play in Toral. You can check with MC. Best D

Yep agree. Pyebridge is the only project in Kibo’s portfolio that is generating revenue. Unfortunately it is being eaten up by the other odd 20 projects that generate zilch income !!!

Not as yet Chrisp…I am still trying to understand the Juntas requirements in detail as Dday looms imo. By 31st July they have to have a mining license application in with the Junta.
This should be the primary focus otherwise I am not so sure their exploration license will be renewed. Why are they not telling us about progress on this front as we are almost into March.?
