Having listened to the webinar last night it became very apparent to me that Megrez was in fact a failed “add on” to the existing compelling business case. This being the case I feel very confident that the BOD will get this over the line. This is the way I read it …and have bought more today in the hope that the last SP fall was an over reaction.

The below assumes we don’t owe anyone any monies and no other creditors spring up !!!

What this liquidation in effect means ….5.5 Million Denerius shares will be distributed amongst the 102 171 790 EUZ shareholders.

If they sell the 5.5 million shares at today’s price which is $0.51 that equates to

$ 2,805,000. Which in turn equates to £ 2,101,638.36.

Divide this by the number of shareholders and you should get paid in the region of roughly 2 pence per share currently held.

Seems like a good dupla on the tote. The House of Commons and our ex BOD then. -) or can we say they have a lot in common then …? :-). ……all thieves the bl@@dy lot of them !!!

I think it was along the lines of sometime after 13th May…..shareholders will be advised that all the shares in Denerius were sold…all creditors in EUZ are paid…no outstanding accounts on the book so shareholders don’t have to worry …:-) Shortly after MC goes missing and has his name changed to Dora the Explorer and is spotted somewhere in the North Pole…..:-) :-)

Hi Cjen….my understanding of the AIM rules is the suspension will become permanent if EUZ as a cash shell does not find a project by 13th May (which already is the first six elapsed months)…..is my understanding correct ?

From Ferrum Crescent to no Moonlight….From Europa Metals to no metals…..from Cash Shell to no Cash Shell……it’s becoming very apparent why the likes of Colin Bird and Myles Campion left this company. Sad to say I was sucked in by their Bullsh**e and have nothing but “more wisdom” to show for it. A very expensive life lesson learnt.

Meanwhile RNS dated 26th Nov 2024 reads….

“Europa Metals is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of £115,000 via the issue of a convertible loan note to sophisticated investors. The funds will be utilised for general working capital purposes and to continue due diligence on the proposed RTO of Viridian Metals.

The convertible loan notes are unsecured, have a face value of £1 each, are convertible into Ordinary Shares in the Company at the lower of either 2.4p or at a 20% discount to an RTO price, and carry an annual coupon of 8%, accrued and payable in shares in the Company.”

So he lies so much he doesn’t even realize it anymore. He should be reported to Beaumont Cornish or are they implicitly implicated in this debacle of a company ?

Are they not supposed to vet RNS ‘s ?.

An investment vehicle or a getaway car ?? These guys are liars at best and criminals at worst. No more can be said as they have cost their investors millions by selling Toral on the cheap with a book loss now I would guess on 50 million. Investment vehicle my ar$e. It’s their getaway car after daylight robbery !!

I personally very much doubt he was pushed out….just different skill sets required to take this into production….In Max’s words….. Bobby, Highside,Numptytrump……who cares…it’s water under the bridge. I sold out completely taking a huge knock of about £100k….invested now in PANR on LSE and Orion Mining on JSE…..hope to get it all back soon !! I’m sure you also sold out Highside ?
