How can EUZ still own 100% and Denerius are already running the show ? Euz have 1 board member and Denerius have 3 ? Doesn’t make sense to me at all….like a lot else that has happened over the years.

Thanks Sheds….so it looks like the deal is definitely going to be done. So just maybe the 20% will be worth more than the current 100%…..but also a good thing that EUZ are in effect a bystander ….watching EMI and Denerius take this to a mine. …out the picture so to speak.
Also wonder if Deutsche Balaton have shares in Denerius….as this will paint the picture for this JV.

spot on…..imho. They also need to start making money….8 years on the trot…fund raise after fund raise and absolutely zero to show for it.

I also just noticed that “EU / Regional grants “ still appears even in the latest Denerius EUZ Presentation on Europa Metals website….on page 7 of 13…..
My guess is we will know very soon…..and this could be the value event as funds will be distributed starting from now I would guess from Just Transition fund.

In Teruel, the JTF will support the rehabilitation of mining and industrial heritage sites for cultural activities, honouring the legacy of mining municipalities…..

The more I think about the more I think any EU funding will end up going to the JV co…EMI and Denerius….so any groundwork done by EUZ will most probably count for nothing…….would be interesting to see what happens should any funding come our way.

I think so as well….however still plenty risk here ito pending consolidation, fund raise and more dilution imho.

Plenty one can do about that imo.
