Want to add my thanks for the update. I invested in TNH about 18 months ago, pleased with their 'Business Plan' and confident in the Housing market, I also, have a some investment in Taylor Wimpey since 2011. The Housing Market should be good ground for firms like TNH but the key to successs is to invest in the Land Bank and watch the debt. I'd rather raise capital via the shares issue as per some months ago. They are a very quiet firm and this may be better than over egging the profile.the warning signs however are a number of firms following this track in the Southeast and rising labour costs , however, all working people have to earn a living. Hope you all gain in the not too distant future.

The Share price inches up, do they have a metric saying equal to this?.Pleased I bought in at 28p and expect steady progress over the next twelve months. Not an easy one for the day traders but for longterm investment, one worth looking at.

I'm down the Southeast this weekend so I plan to visit two sites. With a company this size but a good niche in the market the usual concern is rising land price and skilled labour cost, but everyone has to earn a living . The share price is at rock bottom and with the general growth in the market should move up nicely on the first divi. I did volunteer once to market research Ann Summers...oh well, that didn't get anywhere but at least I tried. With regards to housing the key is to invest in the land bank. Housing for rent or buy will be a big issue in the lead up to the General Election and no Party can ignore this, so the Party that can maintain/improve the house building programme will gain. Look for a long period of sustained house building. PS I don't market research, but my wife worked at Warwick University Business School and I thought I might help..... .

xuk27, thanks for the update . With such a simple Business Plan I'm hopeful we are now close to breaking the Divi barrier.I expect this company to remain small but profitable. Hope they invest in the land bank longterm, the financial 'pipeline' that is clearly not working for millions of hopeful home buyers will have to be addressed by each Party at the election . Hopeful of long term growth in the building sector as the the second part of the problem is building more homes including Brownfield sites in Southeast . I live in the Midlands

JFord-Timmins, thanks for the link. I already had shares in the company but had failed to understand the re valuation of the shares . I was some way out on the new share price and due to technical issues topped up later at 110. Might have topped up earlier and paid more . Have a lot of faith In John Morton.

One of 40 odd firms I've been tracking since 2010 . Looking for firms that are well placed having weathered the downturn and are placed to move upwards. The finances have produced good figures over the last few years and finally decided to move and buy into this firm. Most of the 40 odd have now reduced to eight firms bought into.Sincerely hope it pays off for those of you that have faith to buy.

One of 40 odd small company results I started to follow in 2010-2012 intend on watching those that survived the recession and are well placed in management and workforce to be on the starting line for the upturn. Pleased I bought into this company but I always exercise caution . Give this company time to continue its Business Plan and hopefully results will continue.

I don't consider myself an expert and would never recommend any shares. I have holdings in Taylor Wimpey at one end of the sector and TNH at the other. TNH appeared to have such a simple Business Plan ie to subcon each stage from outline planning to details plan , build and sell. I was impressed the Business declined to look at prospects north of the Southeast region on the grounds they know the southeast and the price range they are willing to work within. The only downsize is the lack of skilled builders in the sector but the current EU rules on migration should fill this.TNH should stick to investing in the landbank inn the Brownfield sites they target. slowly slowly catch ..........Cheers

Expect steady if unspectacular progress. Frontier IP have a steady management team inplace and growing options . Firms that have weathered the downturn and emerged intact will catch the upturn . The options inplace are well spread and diverse.

Simple Business Plan that should make this company a good return. Long term however, TNH need to invest in the land bank.The wait for a divi follows the normal 'start up cost's' after a deep reccession. The price seems reasonable for the Southeast, have family in Surrey and the prices are very similar...hope this helps.
