Looks good14 May 2014 21:53
I'm down the Southeast this weekend so I plan to visit two sites. With a company this size but a good niche in the market the usual concern is rising land price and skilled labour cost, but everyone has to earn a living . The share price is at rock bottom and with the general growth in the market should move up nicely on the first divi.
I did volunteer once to market research Ann Summers...oh well, that didn't get anywhere but at least I tried. With regards to housing the key is to invest in the land bank. Housing for rent or buy will be a big issue in the lead up to the General Election and no Party can ignore this, so the Party that can maintain/improve the house building programme will gain. Look for a long period of sustained house building.
PS I don't market research, but my wife worked at Warwick University Business School and I thought I might help.....
