Still no update which in the current market is not good news.

Clearly, some big buys before close of play. Always the question, does someone know something we don't?. Good business for those of us on 'committed long term' to this share. Hope its the start of a steady couple of years rise.

I find the stationary share price hard to fathom, but I've topped up on this share. This is one of seven AIM shares I decided to invest in over the last three years. In all cases but Traf New Homes the business looks good. I plan to top up again, I'm sure the Russia issue will fade away. Europe still looks good for the future. I normally hold long term so short term movements rarely interest me.

Likewise, many thanks for the update. I don't miss the early morning drive down the M40-M25 once a week but now the family are back in the Midlands I do miss the few hours I spent finding these sites just to see what was happening.I topped up twice with Traf at near 1p it's a reasonable bet at this price . Had lunch with Eagle B this week and this share does concern us but with housing such an issue with politicians.....its a good bet.

Good to see any upward movement but I'm always wary until I can see the reason. I'm still concerned at the last two years of missed opportunity, Planning Dept 's are by their nature defensive but this is not rocket science. Research on planning applications and getting guidance before you buy is plain common sense.Delays on planning approval from a firm dedicated to' filling in' Brownfield sites is not good governance. I still think a little more thought before they appear to leap into sites would be beneficial to shareholders, however I did top up a few weeks ago, the market is strong and moving forward. I will consider topping up after the 5th.

Robsky, thanks for the update. I would normally spend a day or two in the Southeast each week visiting family but they have now moved in with us in the Midlands so I don't get the few hours allowed to me to visit these sites anymore. Long term this firm has to be a good bet, low share price , situated in a good area of the country for developing 'Brownfield sites' and every politician in the country promising to make building houses a priority. At the current share price a good even risk.

Could be something like planning permission, all quiet now. I'm hopeful that the general 'push' on the housing front will open options for this firm. Brownfield sites are the focus of many councils that don't want to engage in discussion on building on the Green Belt. Traf should be in a good position to improve its turnover and start making a profit. Difficult to know what or where their original Business Plan went over the last two years.

Have I missed something?

Clearly, a mini interest in this share. In the general policy offers from all the main party's prior to the general election housing should be a big winner. Having shares in TW first bought at 28p I'm happy to hold , Traf New Homes however, need to get their act together and start motoring. Two wasted years does not mean the future will be wasted but with all the prevailing winds blowing in the right direction.......at 1.2 p its a great option.

Have a friend that has switched to oil based investments on the logic the price per barrel will rise . I agree but don't have any money to invest so stuck to the firms I already have. The logic is well placed , my wife worked at a local Uni in the Business School and her friends that kept me from investing in Tesco at £5 also predicted the oil slump, was a guy based in Portugal that had worked in the oil business, now he sets questions and marks papers, also gives the occasional lecture. He has stated the obvious, oil will return as King, some big gains to be made.

Yes, first week of spring has been good news on the AIM front. Belgravium Technologies filed good year end figures, Stilo International crept up, wtg Aukett S****e to declare on good end of year trading and Inspired Energy looks good ,Traf New Homes rise was good news. Toumaz treading water but on the Big Boys Lloyds , Barclay and Taylor Wimpey moving up and RBS doing reasonably well. what can possibly go wrong..........

Topped up this week more in hope that the prevailing winds are well set for builders. Have held shares in Traf since about 2012 , which are currently showing a loss. Noticed a few more buys this week so hopefully this outfit can produce some good figures in March.

Thought I would mention my son and family are just selling up in Epsom and moving to the Birmingham area, had enough of the daily commute in . Luckily he was offered a move to the Birmingham office. They had to reduce the asking price to move the property. The current election promises to build more homes from all major parties should make builders like this a reasonable bet for the future. Building on brownfield sites is a welcome and preferred option in the Southeast. The question is .....how much is this 53 unit site costing us with constant delays? . .Luckily the market is still there to ...excuse the pun...build on. Just a question at 0.8p is this company still in a position to take advantage . The last two years would suggest no ,two wasted years but at 0.8p a tempting investment option.

This firm is worth a punt , that's why I'm in , but, the last two years have produced very little. The Divi promise disappeared last year and since then....nothing. Delays in sales and then a move onto a potential 53 unit site is either a shrewd move or running before you can walk. The Business plan seemed very simple and low cost. Build on brownfield sites in the Southeast, stick to the area and cost base they know and sub contract most of the work. I might be tempted to top up but .......

Soon we should know the year ahead. A few good size buys in the last few days. Has anyone heard anything? or do good investors keep it to themselves. I'm still going to hold and topped up last week.

Your comments are informative and I always read with interest views in company's that cover products outside my comfort zone. I'm not certain if you remain a shareholder with your views or whether you find this company difficult to live with. Free expression on this Board allows all views so I'm sure you will have the option to comment on the Annual Results. I can remember juke boxes, spent a fortune on them, now, my singing is said to be very moving and moves people to tears....or was it into the next room.

Not a Board for Coventry City but the Ricoh bought by London Wasps now averaging 25,000 rugby fans for home games , city about 4-5000. Not even certain City own the goalposts anymore. No investment, good players leave and as of today one place off relegation zone in league one. Fans have no faith in the Owners. End game in sight Still, back to business, Stilo Results ........just hopeful some good news but as Stilolosses makes clear could be same as usua, however, I have topped up and bought into Aukett S****e. Keeping an eye on SWP but a long way from buying, to many if's in the Annual Report.and investment in France and Oil industry. Definitely wait and watch.

Very disappointing two years with this company. I don't expect plain sailing but two good years in the building sector and little to show for it. I'd be happier if progress on the 53 unit site was visible but little seems to be happening, also the constant delays are now starting to come home, the market is cooling in the Souteast, still plenty of demand but asking prices are having to come down. This company had a good business model but I still worry that a 53 unit site is too big a step when you take into consideration the delays on other sites.
