PS sorry , I forgot to state I have some hope, at last small business leaders ( of which I am not one) are starting to rebel about why they pay full UK tax while multi Nationals scheme away round paying tax. At least someone is making the politicians feel uncomfortable and fighting back.l

I understand your view, but it seems wrong that years after the 'mess' those guilty of collecting big salary's for running these company's have walked away. We the shareholders are left to be hit twice, firstly by fines and secondly by having to pay to sort the problems out. Its not just banks where we have a general 'couldn't care less attitude'. Look at the BBC , paying sweetners to Exe's that had other jobs, paying people to be on six months gardening leave when they had opted to move jobs, Members of the House of Lords that cheated us tax payers, went to prison and walked, after 12 months, back into Parliament. We are the mugs, we put up with it time and time again. Why 'fine' the Banks, they are only hurting the innocent, do you see anyone losing money because of 'fines' except the shareholders. I'm lucky I can sit this out , but there are many people very hurt by all this.

Fred Goodwin might be the 'Uncle Sister' but he carried a lot of political flack that was bordering on lynch mob mentality. Where are all the Independent Directors that are paid to monitor Directors , where are all the FSA employees that have excused themselves of any blame. The entire banking Directors and FSA employees have all slipped away and we shareholders are left to pick up the cost. I really get more and more angry that most people paid high salaries to know what's going on have been left untouched by the pathetic regulators. Afraid 'we' are going to be carrying the can for this for a few more years and we are innocent!.

I assume this is wishful thinking. I can't imagine with the small financial assets actually owned by TFN anyone would be interested. The whole Business plan was to be in and out as quickly as possible. However, three years behind the curve and no sign of any profit I doubt anyone is interested, but! if anyone can rescue the share price from the current management it would be very welcome .

If I could stand the law of physics on its head, being negative can be positive if you are warning shareholders about over egged, inflated promises of Company CEO's .You do however seem to go to great lengths to repeat over and over again the same message. It really isn't that I don't understand your view that Stilo inflate their forward projections on sales. From flotation I can see the steep decline in share price from the launch price to its present level but you seem to be in the same mould as priests from the middle ages that flayed themselves in pain just to feel better about themselves. You may be right, but I'm sticking for time being and I hope you find a share to be positive about.

I'm going to stay with Belgravium Technologies, Toumaz, Inspired Energy, Stilo....for now, Aukett S****e and Christie Group. On the 'Darkside' forgive the quote, would love to sell Premier Foods and Trafalgar New Homes. Plan to hold Lloyds, RBS, Barclay and Taylor Wimpey. As for Stilo I will wait and see what this year will bring. If I had bought on floatation I would be unhappy with the current share price, but I have friends sitting on oil, Tesco and Rolls-Royce all in the red.In this game you have to be prepared for failure...but it does hurt.

While building plots are nice to have, three years ago the same could be stated and a dividend was hoped for, since then not a mention of a dividend, trouble offloading some property including one used to 'pay off borrowing'. During the missed three years unit cost's are rising, the B of E is concerned at people over extending their borrowing and other builders have powered on. Like most shareholders I hope 2016 will really be the year TNH turns the corner but for a company that claimed to 'know the market in the SE' they don't seem to have managed the pit falls that well. If this share recovers anywhere near 3p then I'm going to sell. Having stated several times before they are behind the curve by three years despite having a good Business Plan. The housing supply chain is unstable if Govt concerns are of a 'housing bubble in the SE that threatens to over stretch people or simply makes the SE too expensive to live in.. Simply having building plots is the easy part, converting them into a sensible shareholder return is another.

I have read with interest your views over the last 18 months but I don't understand why your still 'in' on this share?. You have a very critical, negative view with almost every comment. I'm not 'sold' om Stilo but I am sitting on a modest profit and Stilo will remain in my portfolio for this year. At the end of 2016 it might be different but currently I would love to offload Premier Foods and Trafalgar New Homes. For the rest of my shares I'm happy to hold. 2016 will be my make or break with Stilo, either sit on my shares or move on. I'm really surprised you haven't moved on but I do wish you all the best for 2016 , just don't get too bitter in this game.

Not a very inspiring set of figures such as they are. Very difficult to maintain confidence in this Board of Directors, in most other firms they would be on their bikes. With unit cost's rising and the Bank of England worried about borrowing getting out of control this firm is drifting even further behind the curve. For a company that claimed only three years ago to know their business in the Southeast they must expect shareholders to be very concerned they have a grip of the business. Most builders are reporting good progress but TNH...... Plan to GO AND LIE DOWN IN A DARK ROO and hope things improve.

I was interested in your comments on the oil price. I had a few shares in Circle Oil but I sold them, I just didn't understand the reports they issued on 'Wells'. I bought at 25p and sold at 25p but my interest is what happened to all the experts predicting oil had peaked and the world required new energy sources. It beggars belief that oil is now awash around the world. It supposed to be running out......so much for experts.

Thanks for the link. At around 2p worth a top up. I'm happy with Toumaz, the Market in general is down on mid year. Toumaz is assessing its cost/value on health care research and it has good contracts on 'streaming' ect.Always a gamble on shares but at 2p I'm happy .

The most Governments can do is at both ends of the supply chain, make planning easier and endure the wrath of 'not in my back yard' and make money schemes to purchase easier at the other end balancing the spike that is pushing people to borrow too much and ....here we go again. Not a single Govt Minister addressed the issue of the supply chain, just bland statements we need 200,000 new homes rising to 400,000........... Frankly all bull****, no one in Parliament has any idea how to balance the two ends of this supply chain. As for TFN , I just don't understand how such a simply Business Plan has been such a total disaster for shareholders. Best to hold on and hope we don't go four years behind the curve.

Very pleased with the current market conditions that INSE have the confidence to move on with their corporate plan for the company. Pleased I 'topped up' in August as stated and regard INSE as a long term investment.

Anyone know how some of the sites are progressing?. I don't get to the Southeast very much now. Despite a lack of 'old' and new properties coming on the market the pressure inside the market is growing, ie trying to borrow too much to buy a property because young people are getting so desperate. This in turn adds a lot of concern that regards 2007/08 here we go again. Not rocket science, regardless of any politician there is only one way to go...build more houses but the target of 200,000 is years away. The supply chain can't cope and unit costs are rising. Not a good position now for TFN trying to gain planning permission and keep costs under control. Afraid this investment has been a poor choice for me and TFN are three years behind the curve.

Could be the real building rewards are around Birmingham. London is pricing people out of the market and several large company's are moving some of their Business Group to Birmingham. Employees just can't afford to live in London and it appears right up to the Oxford City boundary firms struggle to fill jobs. I plan to hold these shares but I'm looking to new start ups in Birmingham.

Thanks for the reply, I have been holding Stilo for a few years now and they form part of the company's I decided to get advice on when I thought about investing in AIMS, company's that had weathered the downturn and had little debt and were still intact. Not rocket science but good enough for a small investor. I must try 'digging' more into these connections......looks interesting. This is the first year I and my wife have 'auto reinvest option ' for the dividends. This looks a good way to grow your money and its only about three days away if you want to 'cash in'. A £5m 'standby' loan might be good forward thinking but its another debt on the books. Toumaz is clearly at a crossroads in 'sizing' the business . Probably best to park this share and wait until the next update which, should be financially positive building on the Sept update.
