We have had two tranches sold off by him in the past few weeks. He's sitting on a massive profit and may well just have decided to reduce his holding further. Long-term that's good in my opinion but obviously gives an overhang whilst he's doing it. We will see of course if we get another TR1. I don't see it as a negative tbh, it's allowed me to top up.

None of the fundamentals about this share have changed. All the Covid related stuff is having an off morning. I dived in at 208 yesterday as I thought that was cheap. Just gone again by selling something else to pinch another top up at 197. I could have bought cheaper I know but frankly that does not bother me. I'm not trading, I'm in for the long-term having been here since 42p. This is now my largest shareholding at 25% of my portfolio, breaking my 20% rule for the first time ever. Covid has not gone away!

I was in at 42p and haven't sliced. Just put my first top-up in, £8700 by scraping around. That's what I think of SYN

Price sensitive stuff has to be released before markets open. That means 7.00am GMT as both UK and US are closed. An RNS for the opening of the US market would break the rules here.................so chill and have some patience folks. Hemo will come good in my opinion :-)

Sold my ODX and put it straight into here. I was already in and it has averaged me up to 1.50 but got a good feeling about this.

Hi folks, just logged in and excellent! I bought in at .42 an still have every share even though it was tempting to slice or even bank the lot.

However, having done my homework and been hugely educated by the knowledgeable LTH's, I have popped the lot in a box, not to be sold under any circumstances. This is a banker for the long term in my opinion.

I'm here because I don't like people blindly investing in something that they haven't got a clue about. The levels of ignorance and naivity are worrying to say the least.

And another thing, the MOU. I spent 20 years selling franchises in the Middle East for a major motor manufacturer. They love MOU's out there. All it means is you can't talk to someone else whilst they think about whether they want to do business with you.

It guarantees nothing.

Wilts, they are not listening. Apparently we are all co-ordinated paid de-rampers.
They can't even work out that the director 'buy' was a share transfer and no money changed hands.

Wanting to buy back in? Not a chance.....................this is going to go like a fridge off Beachy Head. And the sad thing? It's all the little investors who have been caught up in the hype who are going to take a bath.

Those big buys yesterday totalled 192K shares, can anyone remind me of Voleon's total position the last time we were able to check it? It would be interesting (if it is them) to see what that would reduce their position by.

Totally agree.............everyone has been taking this as a director buy and piling in on the back of it. It's nothing of the sort, it's a share transfer between two companies and as far as I can see, no money has changed hands.

I've had my fun out of this but I suspect it is going to end in tears for a lot of small investors.

Hope I'm wrong for their sake, but watch me now get accused of de-ramping and having all sorts of ulterior motives because apparently you are not supposed to care about people who might not understand that this is (in my opinion) fraught with danger.

I don't blame you Kuschall and felt the same about the dramatic increase in Mcap in such a short space of time. I was not a LTH, but was lucky (and it does require an element of luck in my opinion) to spot the opportunity and to be able to take advantage over the past couple of days. Like you, I will keep an eye and may well enter again if I feel that the SP returns to a sustainable level, but this time as a longer term investment. I normally have little interest in trading over short periods but each to their own.

I would want to see, among other things, accounts and a financial analysis of the revenue deal from Triller, to gauge what proportion of the business is coming from this particular client and to be able to see a diverse customer base past an 18 month contract. This may be a fantastic business that I want to invest in, but too many unknowns at the moment to justify what has happened in my opinion (and that is all it is).

I have also said in a previous post that I am convinced that many people, some of them obviously new or first time investors (as they often state this in their posts) may have been influenced or carried away by the praise and enthusiasm on this board about Triller. This business is not Triller.........................it is 7 DIgital, who happen to have Triller as a client for the next 18 months. It may be that the deal regarding usage payments is a good or even an excellent one...............but we don't know at the moment.

Use common sense, do your own research and if it's too good to be true..........................................

I think the thing that worried me the most was that all the comment, hype, postings and examples of growth and success were about Triller................... and not 7Digital. As far as I can ascertain, we have no idea how much the usage payments are per Triller account and therefore how profitable 7DIgital will be off the back of the relationship. It might be fantastic..........but its an unknown at the moment.

Now watch them come and get me!

This is a SETSqx share which is a hybrid between SETS and SEAQ. Definition cut and pasted below from the London Stock Exchange. Yes there are MM's

"This model combines a periodic electronic auction book, with standalone non-electronic quote-driven market making. Registered market makers are obliged to make firm, 2-way quotes, between 8am and the end of the closing auction (including any price monitoring or market order extensions). While market maker quotes are not obliged to participate in any of the auctions, the mid of their best bid–offer forms the closing price should there be no closing auction execution that day. Electronic orders are only visible during the 10-minute call period ahead of the next scheduled uncrossing, except for the closing auction when the call period is restricted to five minutes. If time in force GFS is used any unexecuted orders will carry forward to the remaining auctions that day (but will only be visible in the call periods)."
