Investing likes one liners , but one liners rarely give the reader a clue whether the message is justified or not.

As to the £50 market trades , can you not see that sellers are now asking for 2.5c upwards since I started it? 3c - 3.9c over the best 5 prices currently.

You talk as if this is a busy market - if you understood what I am attempting to do , you'd realise there is only a handful of would-be trades per day , if there are any at all. I'd hope that most people will see I have stopped fellow shareholders taking any price someone feels like offering them.

I don't think it was coincidence that what I set out to do , materialised. Once trading starts in earnest of course £44 trades will be insignificant , as will most trades of much higher values. The seller will be much more signiicant if it is TG, the Doc , BPOPF, directors or UK sophisticates.

As for 2 billion shares , interest free loans have put an end to placings , and I am hopeful our convertibles will be paid off with cash, or equity when the share price is many times higher than it is today. At 35c per share 10% of the shares the Doc is entitled to , and at 30c , the Pension Fund will get 20% of their entitlement @ 6c . Those numbers won't dilute the total much at all. SXX were headed towards 10Bn shares so 1.29Bn for TLOU , who are alive and kicking , not dead , looks relatively healthy to me.

On Hot Copper there is a thread on the latest RNS , and a guy asked a question that GpT (Donkey in disguise) answered.

It is 100% proof that GpT does not take in anything that TLOU say. And never has!

He is still twaddling on about the PPA which is clearly playing second fiddle to Kala Data data centre plans.

They are calling the shots because they have taken responsibility for the funding. In this world you don't get something for nothing any more.

However , Kala have demonstrated their desire to maximise earnings by having two arrows for their bow!

If the PPA earnings are better than the data centre earnings then they will divert their attention to supplying BPC.

That requires the substation to be finished off , and once that is done , it opens the door for TLOU to deliver as well!

That has to be a win win for both partners, who will be able to supply their preferred customers under their long term plans.

Donkey answers his own question - Kala's priority replaces the PPA delivery with data centre activity for the time being.

That was evident in late 2024 , and is the price of TLOU's security on funding. But Kala have not ruled out supplying BPC themselves , and their mission statement states that their CBM partners are encouraged to pursue their original targets with their blessing.

The big question mark for me , will Kala earn enough for TLOU to conclude the substation work and connect to the grid , and failing that, will they offer an interest free loan to do it? I suspect the answer is NO and YES in that order. And the NO means they will use out TX lines to supply power to BPC.

The highlight of the last quarter is that KALA are key in our current critical path. But in 2025 or 2026 we'll be able to kick off regarding our obligations to BPC, either independently or together. We wait to see when the data centre starts earning money for the partnership.

Dorset County had ICL 1900 mainframes running under the George O/S , the best in the world imho! ICL sold out to Fujitsu who axed George.

Dorset Police had Digital PDP's running under RSX o/s which I like too. I worked for both bodies. The County bought the hardware for the Police , and the Home Office paid for the software development. Dorset was one of three forces in a H.O. trial in the 1970's.

The County specified that ICL kit should be used so that they could salvage the terminals/printers should the project flop.

So the PDP had 6 ICL cluster controllers to talk to. Each controller had 8 VDU and 2 printer ports.

Plessey got the contract, and their lowest paid programmer was a genius! He wrote a handler for the PDP which conversed with the cluster controllers so they thought they were talking to a 1900 mainframe.

RSX was perfect and provided asynchronous interrupts on remote lines. So you'd send a message (write) down the line , and issue a receive message (read)!

The police were 24/7 and the council were Mon-Friday , closed at the weekend. So on a Friday the PDP would send it's last write and go into read state for as many days as it took!

When something came up the line the handler would resume as if it was an immediate response.

Well the County upgraded their mainframe while I was police computer manager. They got a 2900 running under VMS o/s.

On the PDP Plessey used what they called plus codes in all messaging.

+CM said connect to mainframe! HR used that all the time for Police Personnel on the 1900/2900 and they had the same option then as the council officers had in Dorchester.

The Ops manager said he was switching machines, unplugged the 1900 and plugged in the 2900 while I was sat on my terminal having done +CM to the 1900.

We had reserved the evening to sort out the expected problems, and I thought I would have to modify Plessey’s handler for sure!

My screen flashed up “Welcome to the D.C.C. 2900” or summat like that!

I told the Ops guy who could not believe it and thought I’d been tipped off what to expect.

That was why I considered the programmer to be a genius – it worked perfectly on everything.

We had bdt (bulk data transfer) lines and once a week I'd download a file of every officers shifts for the week from the Personnel System.

From that we'd know who was available and where and when.

And daily we'd send all the incidents that had be opened or closed and reopened down the line for long term storage on the mainframe.

That data was used for Home Office reporting e.g. Police response times , all the rage in the NHS for ambulances nowadays.

I was team leader at the Council so I was on the receiving end of that lot. On Monday w'ed get Friday, Saturday and Sunday's incidents(999's etc) in their entirety. Disk space? The same incident could exist in all 3 files. And old incidents could be reopened. So the master file had to be weeded with no room to duplic

A huge spread 1.6c to 3c reflects the mood. Pleased people are no longer selling at silly prices though.

It won't be long before Kala's news creates a CBM (TLOU gold) rush for shares and the current buyers table is obliterated, or if the news is bad both books will collapse.

I cannot see why the Jan/Feb trial won't be replicated by the new permanent kit after the test kit. And TLOU merely have to reconnect as before.

They have had a few months to improve gas flows and the flares continue to burn so you'd think they will be as good as they were in the trial or maybe better. I am still half expecting Kala to want our TX lines to Serowe fairly soon.

Having played with Excel Power Query , which can drag data in from all over the web and treat it as if it is one source, AI data centres look to much the same. Companies with multiple applications on different hardware in various parts of their organisation, towns, counties, countries, continents, will replace the web pages , and AI will replace Power Query.

Are the customers and Kala in a position to do that NOW? I very much doubt it. I imagine Customers will be specifying a wish list of files/records/platforms they wish to merge. And Kala will have to provide interfaces to them all with possibly different architectures.

Most likely there will be separate modules/apps/whatever for each platform which will be used universally by every data centre that requires it.

Then each data centre will need their own m/a/w to pull the data from the various platforms into one. Sounds mouthwatering - I'd have loved to have been involved with this when I was in my prime.

Getting my AUD and GBP figures below my theoretical balances in both currencies is so tricky!!!

Imbeciles must have written the software because I had 65.35 GBP or 136 AUD and the deal they struck has left me with 2.2p GBP and 5.18c AUD credits.

I wanted to buy @3.1c but reaally did need to fund the account to do that , and my remaining credit would have been greater than the above.

In 3 minutes time the book will show more than 4671 @ 2.8 because of the Charlie. Still 2.8c is really cheap imho.

I joked that TLOU could be a CUSTOMER for KalaData AI oil and gas drilling - but it could come true.

Thought it was uninspiring but the news I was hoping for , as you say Winni, is that Kala have their kit delivered and it is going to plan. I guess TLOU will leave it them to put that out.

I see unused funds on the books of over 2m dollars - anybody know where that originated? The other news I wanted to hear was that Kala had provided the first interest-free loan. Could that be it or is it longer term involving the Doc and/or BPOPF and their convertibles.

I have been waiting for an opportunity to clean up the order book but over a million @ 2.3c was too expensive.

Talking of which , why does Donkey twaddle on about there being hidden orders on the order book?

Can he not see that the figures behave exactly as I expect them to?

You can see that seller has decided he now wants 3.2c , up from 2.3c , and split his offers into into 5 lots totalling 1,181,098 shares .

He could not attract buyers at 2.3c which is exactly what I wanted to achieve , it is high time that shareholders value this share properly. It was never worth less than 3.5c imho , or even 5p+ (10c). TG made the mistake of giving too much discount to his sophisticated supporters. He alienated too many shareholders who were excluded from those discounts and felt they should have been included. I did warn people on here to accept that the sophisticates were not getting the options @ 4.4p or 8c and 5.6p? was the true value. But that was ignored and 3.5p was the result and from there less than 1p a share. The options were excellent over 2 years but the market price remained below 4.4p forever and was a total flop. Lockdown killed any chance of recovery but those days are over. 3.5c , then 6c , then onwards and upwards to where we should have been. We were so lucky that the Doc saw the potential here because, without him , Kala would never have considered TLOU. As it is turning out , TG finally got the luck he deserved.

His mistake was alienating ASX holders by raising money from UK sophisticates. And is so doing he alienated some UK investors in the same stroke! He'd have been OK if we were all buying options at 4.4p or 8c when the shareprice was double those prices. But Covid put an end to that. New placings were dependent on the goodwill from the Pension Fund and the Doc , and we were wasting money on shoring up Lesedi for the pandemic, and creating further expense to get back to square one once a vaccine was found. He raised millions from the UK within 24 hours - those millions cost TLOU a damned sight more.

I feel sorry for TG because there were mitigating circumstances to consider and not many believe them.

Kala may currently only have one partnership. It looks odd-on but it is a huge compliment to TG. Their first partnership needs to be a success for them to attract other CBM producers. So despite all the misgivings we see attached to TG and TLOU on here - Kala must be fairly sure that TLOU can produce a lot more gas in a reasonably short period. Many of us suspected this was the case, and the Kala trial went so well. It will not surprise me if #6 and #4 have increased their flows from what Kala expected to get.

In practice I am certain it has - totally derisked if Kala is as authentic as they appear to be.

It could be as simple as the americans using the word founder in the context of who is chairman, whereas I think of it as a person who was there when the company was initially formed - TG and Nathan Mitchell and others I am less familiar with.

Land, a link to to the national grid, a virgin gas field with years of gas to come, and a trustworthy CEO with a 100% record of success in CBM behind him during the current century.

And Kala are 100% perfect for TLOU. Interest free loans to expand the business as planned but most importantly Kala are not all mouth and no substance like S.M. were.

They had a trial run and within 3 months had agreed and signed how the future would be. I am sure they would have been aware of TG's departure and reassured the company could manage without him.

The trial was a resounding success by all accounts , and TLOU just need to repeat the dose many times but not under the funding worries we've had for years!

Kala's plan is underway if we have faith in the announcements. They are not another S.M..

I find research difficult into them because Kala Bio is what the search engines default to - another company with no links to Kala Data unless they are part of the money behind them. August is coming. Not long before we hear something?

Thinking about you investing so early in ASX , you're not in Doncaster after all , more likely to be near Ayres Rock or Uluru as you might call it, or maybe you run a bar in Botswana and have all day to read the local rags the boss puts out for his locals.

i have just realised why some are criticising tlou for not revealing the subject every couple of days.

it comes from sceptics who also follow botala!

they are sticking with the lng idea that ke and seka were set on.

the fact is that delivering lng runs the risk of delivering pollutants if the liquified gas is impure.

they have to be considered by lng wallers!

tlou on the other hand , handle all the gas themselves or pass it to kala!

whichever one the gas remains at lesedi and is under the control of the partnership and not customers of lng or others who get their hands on it.

at lesedi the gas is going to be burned. both companies will have to consider their emissions of course, but how significant are they to us? as long as the gas is efficient at the generators we should be happy. i imagine the combustion will change the make-up of the gas somewhat and destroy some pollutants whilst creating others. but both companies are burning the same gas and can work together on how to maintain the "green" status we seek. kala or tlou may even have their own clean-up equipment that can be shared.

reading about collosus , the biggest super-computer to date , it needs millions of gallons of water per day for cooling.

so immersing the kala kit in an alternative ****tail looks good.

Don't get me wrong - I have been pleased that TLOU switched away from the "Calor gas" idea. TLOU are going to be a better company for switching. But the time it took to switch stopped us going live before the lockdowns and Covid killed progress on top of the delay that the PPA itself . Had we used that time delay to get Calor gas going , TLOU might have been established as a profit making gas company depending upon how lockdown affected the lorries and deliveries.

The other factor is how long Lesedi is taking to dewater - and that is largely down to funding and no earnings and the apathy amongst shareholders. The sort of company that Kala is looking for!

My biggest doubts surround this claim from Kala.

It obviously helps the likes of TLOU , but I do not have a clue how Kala turn their energy into money without their own |'costly transmission lines or pipelines' . Do they consider those costs are trivial within their budget. They are at Lesedi if they have permission to use our 24MW TX line!!! TLOU were made for Kala. And vice-versa.

I only concede the Seka may have existed years before they took over from KE in the preferred bidders fiasco.

I definitely read they were a creation by KE who were being criticised , to put it mildly , in the Fonseca scandal in or around Panama. Seka were made to appear as if they were an honest Botswanan company worthy of consideration by the Govt.

The Govt adopted them , imho , rather than having Hobson's choice i.e . TLOU or nobody!

Before that TLOU were heading into a Calor gas style of operation. 18 months to get the gas flowing , buy some lorries and containers, and build the facility to fill the containers with CBM! Simples!!

That was what we invested in , TG was totally believable , as were TIDD and co!

And then Seka's presence derailed TLOU completely. I still cannot see how it happened , but TLOU turned away from being Botswana's Calor gas company for power stations using diesel in dual fuel (diesel or gas) generators.

Instead of that we were suddenly going to be a power station , 100Kms from the nearest grid access point - a totally different beast. Everything was flying for TLOU before this, Selemo dewatered within a couple of months , onsite electricity replacing barrels of diesel , permissions being granted left right and centre.

Now all that seemed to matter was that pesky PPA for 100 MW!!! TG never wanted it, neither did I , we both knew selling the gas was a formaility! But we got bogged down with those 100MW ever since.

Sekaname have always talked about Liquid forms of gas , and TLOU were planning to compress it too!

So where did the idea of a TX line come from?

It all hinges on the term 100MW I think. That is electricity not gas?

Did Seka take their 97 MW PPA to mean enough gas for existing dual-fuel generators to produce 97MW?

And did TLOU seriously consider a 100km TX line for their 2 or 3 MW?

TG was rumoured to be willing to partake in a 50-50 split , so TLOU planned TX lines for 50MW , given that eventuality?

And when the 50-50 split did not appear , they decided on 25MW having been brain-washed into the new plan?

Had they known what Kala was going to offer in years to come , those lines would have dwarfed the 25MW we now have.

That makes sense to me , but where will their actual thoughts be documented? That PPA has a lot to answer for.
