No interest makes it imperative that they make profits i.e. continually invest in new ventures e.g. successful football clubs, and anything else worth mega bucks. TLOU can be supported in its entirety for the cost one mediocre footballer in the PL, Paris, Madrid, Munich or Saudi. And the amount of land for developing the next silicon valley is immense. There is room for 6 greater Londons.

If a group of Arabs walk into a Rolls Royce, Bentley or Ferrari showroom would you feel sorry for the poor salesman who has to decide whether they can afford to buy a car?

To enter the AI Data Centre Arena is known to cost billions and what is the Emirates famous for? It is not grubby bars with winos slagging off CEOs of local companies having read the college rag mags and believed every word.

If Kala is a con then they will expose themselves in August or September when they committed to their first live production unit , a replica of the Jan/Feb test. Pretty stupid if they do not have the funds to pay for the first stage. And that includes an interest free loan to TLOU for developing the gas flows from #6 or #4.

It is a certainty imho or Kala will never attract another partner as long as there is sand in the Kalahari.

Tony has been totally honest throughout and I lost faith in him for a brief period. Then I realised it was my mistake. I struggle to remember what it was but one poster on here , Appiammi or something similar, realised why I was wrong and told me what I'd missed during my wife's fight against cancer. There are diamonds in Botswana and the biggest one ever is Tony Gilby. Nothing will convince me that he has not tried to look after our investment from the start.

Tony is the Simon Templar amongst my list of CEO's . Of course, Kala are multi-millionaires, if not billionaires which they probably have amongst their supporters. Not being able to get interest on billions must be so stressful. And TLOU do not know how to spend billions!! But AI and Kala may not be able to avoid spending that sort of money. And they have put their faith in TLOU and Botswana to fulfill that ambitions or they are con men 😮😜😁like our unmystic Meg tries to imply.

What sort of endorsement can surpass the one from March 26th?

A multi-millions Arab Emirate concern is setting up in Botswana , miles from home , in the firm belief that TLOU are their perfect partner. Their mission is to help fund their partners. Their religion forbids them to charge interest on those funds. That is a huge leap of faith from Kala towards TLOU.

Tlou have had a run of terrible run of bad luck. It started with the RFP - the proposal which was impossible to fulfill due to a clerical error by BPC or the Govt in Botswana. They switched from Selemo to Lesedi, drilled and dewatered expecting the water to subside within months rather than 2 or 3 years which virgin wells can take. And when they desperately needed to increase the effort to dewater they were hit by years of lockdowns. So instead of accelerating dewatering they were in survival mode financially and had to shut off wells instead of drilling more! And nobody knew how many years lockdown was going to last.

After lockdown eased they drilled #6 within 6 months and restored the dewatering on #4 using techniques discovered in #6 to make gas flow better. #3 and #5 remain shut off until they can afford to complete them both.

But existing shareholders who had supported TLOU were very disappointed when their last placing proved to be a disaster!!! We all thought we were getting options to buy shares at 4.4p or 8c when the shareprice was already over 5p and 10c and likely to rise within the 2 year period that the options allowed for.

TG made his biggest mistake at that time. The placing was not going to be as successful as first thought. People were feeling the pinch from the recession cuased by Covid and lockdowns and the placing was at risk of falling short. The Doc had underwritten it which was going to deplete his finances for future placings.

To raise some quick funds , TLOU approached British brokers and offered some elite investors a large discount on over 5p a share , but they'd forego the options which still looked like a carrot.

They raised a few millions over 24 hrs but alienated so many shareholders as they were reduced to being a lower class of investor. Aussie and not British , and lower class wherever you were.

I tried to warn people that this was a special deal , and the 3.5p they were coughing up without options , was not the new SP which was 5.6p I believe? That was filtered , unheard , and of course the SP dropped to the special placing of 3.5p and below.

But Kala have released the burden on the Doc and Pension Fund to shore us up. Funding is no longer an issue if the plans are to be believed.

The partnership is heaven/Jannah sent and makes up for all the misfortunes to date.

TLOU are beyond worries about gas composition - the CBM is working and all but Donkey are happy.

Bots when are you going to realise that when Coca Cola were producing enough Coke to fill the maximum levels that their bottling and canning plant could manage they had two options ....

1. Increase the capacity of that plant , or ,

2. Limit their production to the current levels.

The last thing they'd consider is increasing production and creating a problem with what to do with surplus.

Surely , you can see that is true , or there is no hope for you. Not sure about that after all these years.

All TLOU have had over the years at Lesedi is flared gas. Useless! So wtf would they want to increase the gas flow? It is all surplus to requirements barring the gas for Kala's trial which bought us a very wealthy partner and a new programme to boot. As I speak, Kala could be tuning up their kit to manage higher gas flows.

We don't know until one or both companies tell us. It is no secret that I expect the results to be every bit as good as the trial. Both parties are merely repeating the Jan/Feb trial with new equipment in the case of Kala.

TLOU merely have to link into that kit at a the first location for the permanent plan. It will be a museum piece in years to come - the start of Botswana's first CBM profit making enterprise.

Seeing is believing , but I am expecting Kala to produce the rabbit out of the hat with all four legs and a head all working perfectly. TG felt able to retire and keep his money in place. He has met the partners so his opinion is more valuable than our speculation. He managed the Synergen Met false promises , and guided us through the lockdown when it was shot to almost nothing. SM alternatives were not there - we were shutting down!!! And once lockdown was eased we extricated ourselves from that plan well. Indeed , I suppose it still exists with SM based back at

their Brisbane HQ, out of harms way.

Kala and Tlou are still independent companies whilst having mutual agreements as partners. It is amazing how they can drop the deal and Tlou can continue. Kala would have concerns about us repaying their loans , and Tlou lesser concerns about repaying them as they are interest free. But the small print will cover than eventually for sure.

If Kala can sell their Data Centre services then both companies are going to prosper. And if they cannot we’ll be partners in CBM ENERGY and SOLAR as a much bigger conglomerate than we anticipated.

The important sentence?

So the first news we get should be want to see - confirmation of a interest free loan and the small print that comes with it.

And what were the strong results they mentioned?

Now what is not to like? That was March 26th so nearly 5 months ago. Plenty of time to arrange a loan, and for TLOU to have made a start on plans to increase the gas flows? And, hopefully , to introduce the plan to the first well. Enough to reassure most of us when they make the next announcement? And to raise the sp?

Where is the TLOU content?

Lefoko is not TLOU related any more than Eric was and we did not talk about him much.

Kala seem to be relying upon TOU membership of ASX for their publicity. Understandably because they might partner companies in several countries and won’t want to join every exchange their partners are listed on.

If they look at the message boards and see Donkey40 , GtP and BOTS dominating the chat on irrelevant and out of date promises they won’t want to get involved imho.

The tanks cost £252 when brand new and if properly installed can last up to 20 years.

Nice one Bots. Article emphasises how vital energy is to a data centre. Europe and America are struggling to keep up. I'd expect those areas to manage demand. Botswana has a tremendous opportunity to become a star in Africa , if not the world. I saw that having telecom companies to set up fibre infrastructures, costing a fortune, are necessary. I wonder if Kala have that covered? I knew TLOU's land and gas was extremely attractive. They are going for immersion cooling which is essential in a hot country because air cooling is inefficient even in cool places. It looks encouraging. Kala are talking about the 5 years ahead - just imagine how far TLOU could advance in 5 years once funding is no longer the issue?

Not monumentally , something to do with age perhaps , but anybody still invested has had to be patient.

AIM shareholders have had it especially tough. Startups that survive normal conditions do well to reach the starting gate , far less prosper, but TLOU are still there waiting to enter the stalls with an unknown jockey onboard.

It may not win the race but it looks likely to reach the finishing post as long as the next jockey is well balanced.

Switching from National Hunt to the Flat has lowered the chances of falling and made it an easier ride.

The numbers are exactly as expected but now I see what I did?

I entered the trade and the deal ticket looped until I lost patience and refreshed the screen!

That interruption must have been between the partial fill @ 1.8c and the extra 77 shares @ 2.1c

I reckon the 2.1c was actually 2.11c or more but they only show 3 decimal places in dollars!! i.e. $0.021 which I complained about before! In future I'll knock 0.001 off the next highest price so $0.030 renders $0.029 , or maybe enter $0.022 to capture 0.0211 thru 0.0219

I may be confusing share dealing with Betfair.

In Betfair if you put a bet on at a price and better prices are available they fill up from best to poorest until your stake is reached.

The same always applied on shared and “partial fills” appear against the trade until the stake is satisfied or the trade times out at close.

We can see 15723 was available @ 1.8c simultaneously with stacks @ 2.1c so 15800 should have been traded with 77 @ 2.1 instantly .

11 buys in the last 30 days and the highest volume and cheapest price ws today's.

Closed at 2.1c instead of 1.8c without my buy, so hope these non-sensical sellers never drop below 2c again.

I am still 300k short of my pre-delisting total but have an average price of 1.4551c now, instead of twice that in 2024, so my expectations are higher than before I guess. Not that I intend to sell.

Well done , Donkey , that pointless interchange has introduced two sellers at giveaway prices of 1.8 and 2.1c

The latter is over 1m shares , the former , 15723 , which I snapped up for £139 to remove them from the book.

I'd do the same with the 2.1c shares if I was working. I actually requested 15800 @ 2.1c but , no for the first time, IG bagges the 15723 as a partial fill and paused for a few minutes before closing the trade @ 1.8c

I was worried that I'd missed the 1.8c in the 20 minute delayed prices, but did not understand why I did not get 15800 @ 2.1c

ASX trading is nowhere near as good as LSE with the fixed price quotes putting the customer in total charge of where his money goes.

I'll have to review the options on IG trades because the ticket says valid for the DAY , which begs the question did the market close and go into the another 20 minutes? I am only half awake which does not help either.
